I believe I said earlier that it was a lovely sunny day. Went to the library with DS2 whilst DS1 stayed at home. Asked him to change his bedding which he did. I think this event may have tilted the world on its axis. When I pressed go on the washing machine, it clouded over. About five minutes before it finished, it started pissing it down. FFS.

I can almost feel a pissed off mopiness descending and it's entirely my own fault for staying up late the last couple of nights.

I shall stare at this picture I think.

Ds1s biohazard apron is now clean.
One load washed and dry.
Have put ds2s bedding in the dryer...think it's going to rain.

No I haven't received an MN email about being on the list cinn. Have changed my password again just to be on the safe side & am making a point of checking the URL before I sign in - the login page now has a reminder to do this which is good.

FFS am trying to eat lunch. Was disturbed by 2 phone calls & then Ocado turned up early. Now need to put fridge stuff away

What a fecking palaver. I don't understand all this hacking stuff, but have had to change password to get back in. I'm totally confused by all the name changes, I can't remember who's who.

I've also just had to tear outside to rescue the washing which was dry and now isn't.

Gosh, I hate when people or food are early, fancy!

Ex brought DC back early too. he is always early. I am not. if you're turning up to someone's house 5 minutes late is the optimum time to arrive imho. Arriving early means you might catch them in the middle of last minute preparations.

Anyhow on a cheery note - now the groceries are here my fridge contains 9 different types of cheese. (not counting the piece of pecorino rind I'm saving for soup making)

I am seriously considering getting Fancy's cheese some supplies, grabbing Dog and the Cardinal and locking us in the dungeon until it's over!

I've spent the morning drinking tea with a friend while the DS play. I need to shake this slump off but I think it's post holiday mehs. So much washing to do. Im having a quiet afternoon though.

Unless you want to come over & share some? I have grapes and green apples. Think I have some fancy (nlt) pickle in the cupboard, but am low on crackers, can you drop into the shops on the way over & get some?

P.S. no need to bring the Cardinal. you can bring Dog, even if he is less mature than the cheddar.

It is still pissing it down. Some of DC1's friends from primary school have just called round for him. He doesn't see much of them any more at high school. He's gone out with them but I am now stupidly fretting a bit because they've always seemed much more savvy than him and I've always worried that he'll be the one that's the butt of any jokes or whatever. I'll be in the corner getting a grip.

Letus that always worries me with my DS when he went out to play in a group. I hope it's been ok.

It's so pathetic. Not even brave enough to say why. Just attack a site and make people's lives awkward and miserable.

That's tough letus, could be a good time to have a chat about it being alright to say no? I know DD struggled a couple of times with this last year, again it was people from her primary who went to a different secondary. we talked about how it's ok to say 'I need to check I'm free' when invited to something. And how if there was someone she was keen to avoid (because of feeling uncomfortable, not because of wanting to be mean obv) to let me know & I could back her up by saying we're busy if needed?

They haven't said but F4Justice are distancing themselves from it. They are the only people the Twitter account that is claiming responsibility follows.
