What are you using Drink? I've been using SSRI because it can have a good effect on PMS but my mood been all over the place lately so I don't know what I have really. I'm going to try to go without SSRI and keep track on all the mood swings and se if they're regular etc.

I won't give up grains all together but my problem is that I keep baking scones and stuffing my face so I can't have stuff like that at home

wicked i used to be on sertraline. Came off it a year ago and all was fine but it was for depression than anxiety tbh. Thinking of going back to the GP but if they give the same thing form anxiety as they do for depression than I might as well not bother.

I had to feed DD, wanted to give her mussles from Lidl but they smelt when I cooked them. Food waste bin it was then.

Drink I take citalopram which helps my anxiety. It's just a different SSRI.
I am in the not baby talking camp too. I am all for giving choice but sometimes it's my way because I'm the adult never grown up which sounds awful. Big DS can take a lot of managing sometimes and it's exhausting. Little DS less so.

Drink it might be better when she starts school? She'll be tired after a long day and then weekends and holidays are fun and less relentless. Not the right answer but siblings are great for childcare amusing each other so I can avoid parenting. Though I'm often the irritating one in the park doing a running commentary of what's about to happen next.

I really miss them when they go back to school!! I work obviously so there's less gaps but the more relaxed starts in the morning, no school clothes, no packed lunches!! The only thing this summer is that the weather has been awful, it'll probably improve the minute they go back.
