Still, great ep, great re watch. Hope Im around for 4 next week as thats one of my faves. Loads of aramis. Grin And THE BEST comedy bit with the prison swap / cardinal-dog winky moment.

I think that was the prob with rochefort? He was always evil. Whereas in s1 sometimes they were forced to work with the cardinal, and they were some of the best moments.

yes - Cardinal was complex, Rochefort was too one-dimensional

Yes the Cardinal got some great lines and there was that tension between Musketeers & him because they hated each other but needed to work together at times.
