inspired by Azure. just wondering. I have a feeling it's Guildford, but never having been there I'm not sure.

you daft lot - it's Selby - deep in mega watt valley

Enid · 17/11/2006 10:42

Johnnie Boden even lives near me in West Dorset so I reckon I win

hatwoman · 17/11/2006 10:43

I thought he lived in Kensington or Chelsea or that neck of the woods. I remembe reading an interveiew with him in which he was complaining abuot paying council tax and still having dog shit on the pavement

I'd agree with wandsworth common / Northcote Road area.

cupcakes · 17/11/2006 10:48

according to this the heartland is West London, despite Johnnie owning home in Dorset.

ParanoidAndroid · 17/11/2006 10:49

Guildford - oh yes - or even better, Godalming (about 5 miles from Guildford).

aDadOnMumsnet · 17/11/2006 10:50

Dont know where he lives now but until a few years back the bodens lived in twyford just outside winchester.

pollypeachum · 17/11/2006 10:51

The Borders.

hunkermunker · 17/11/2006 10:52

Kew Gardens.

But it makes me laugh to see their head office in the arse end of North Acton...

Pollyanna · 17/11/2006 10:52

I would say SW London. It isn't Hampstead - they wear more "Eurotrash" kind of stuff ime.

GoingQuietlyMad · 17/11/2006 10:57

Well, there it is from the horse's mouth. It's essentially W London, and all the places that they have second homes/retire to/holiday in.

I'm a bit disturbed by his average income guess though (55k). How do they afford to buy Boden and live in West London?

singersgirl · 17/11/2006 11:02

Climbers and Creepers is a good nomination, though our local park runs it a close second.

No, daahlinks, it's definitely Henley (or Hinli as the posh bints raahnd here call it.)

Enid · 17/11/2006 11:06

well I would imagine West dorset is his country home darlings

GoingQuietlyMad · 17/11/2006 11:08

Sorry that is silly I know, but with London property prices being what they are, I suppose a couple on 55k would need to be in a council house these days.

Does that make any sense? It's just that I always assume that people earn vastly, vastly more than that.

Gameboy · 17/11/2006 11:08

Surrey generally. Deffo.

hatwoman · 17/11/2006 11:12

GQM is right 55 is k'all in London. the well-dressed bergers of Climbers and Creepers earn shed loads more than that. After paying the nanny (gross) out of your net 55 wouldn't leave you enough for a hotch-potch t-shirt

OP posts:
hana · 17/11/2006 11:24

am sure jonny is on considerably more than #55. add in his prob quarterly bonuses and other schemes running alonside and its likely double that
and nother vote for climbers and creepers!

GoingQuietlyMad · 17/11/2006 11:26

Yes, exactly hatwoman. 55k is serious primark territory here isn't it?

TheHighwayCod · 17/11/2006 11:34
