that/s probably why you've got toothache!

Frenchgirl · 06/05/2004 17:35

just having some delicious Cote d'Or hazelnut milk chocolate (childhood favourite - Cote d'Or is very common in France)

Nutcracker · 06/05/2004 18:08

Never had Green and Blacks, whats so special about it ??

I like any choccie with nuts in and malteasers, lion bars and drifters.

I have a friend who is definatly a chocoholic. I once took her a bar of Galaxy and she melted it and ate it like soup

hana · 06/05/2004 18:27

'nother vote for Green and Blacks
mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Nutcracker · 06/05/2004 18:31

I've never noticed it anywhere. Where sells it ??

dogwalker · 06/05/2004 18:33

NC you can get Green & Blacks at most supermarkets. Morrisons sells it even. I've never tried it actually but after the mmmmms from this thread I think I'll have to give it a go.

Nutcracker · 06/05/2004 18:34

So is it just plain choccie or does it have something in it ?? Am intrigued now

katierocket · 06/05/2004 18:35

green and blacks with the almonds in it. absolutely stupendously (is that a word?) yum.

Nutcracker · 06/05/2004 18:41

Hmmm really do not like almonds, do they do it without ??

katierocket · 06/05/2004 18:43

yes, they do plain dark, plain milk, maya gold (kind of dark with orangy flavour, white choc...um.. can't think of any other flavours. it's fine I tell you.

Nutcracker · 06/05/2004 18:44

Oh right, ill have to try some. Went to Asda earlier bet they'd have got it there.

Codswallop · 06/05/2004 18:48

Here is another vote for Green and Blacks. They sell it at Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose (how do I know? ) The one with almonds, in particular, is excellent.

Soulfly · 06/05/2004 20:10

I like white chocolate better than milk or dark. any white chocolate is fine for me!!

Janh · 06/05/2004 20:41

Toothache, is there a Lidl near you? They do a copy of Guylian (sp?) seashells for a very silly price. Have never tried either so don't know how good they are but might be worth a look for you!

Janh · 06/05/2004 20:42

And Oxfam sell Green & Black's (only the plain dark one in our local shop though).

SoupDragon · 06/05/2004 20:43

DSs were given Lindt choccie rabbits for Easter. They don't know about them so do I eat them myself or be a Good Mummy and give them to the boys?

Codswallop · 06/05/2004 20:46

scoff

its kind for their teeth

misty · 06/05/2004 21:33

eidsvold - are you in Oz then??? Cherry ripes were my all time fav when I lived there, and I have since ordered some via here to satisfy my craving!! You can buy stuff from all over the world from there.
I love Cadburys Wholenut
Snickers
Topics
anything nutty really

Nutcracker · 06/05/2004 21:33

Coddy - I went to the one in Walmley, it's only 5 min away.
My new house is on the same estate i'm on now (Berryfields). It's the newer part that was built around 8 years ago, at the back of the flats.

fairyprincess · 07/05/2004 08:56

Tanzie - You have reminded me ....Marcolini earl grey chocs - aren't they yummy!! but I have to balance this with regular intake of neopolitans, caramac & milky bar from stonemanor!

Bugsy2 · 07/05/2004 13:59

Another dark choc fan. Love the green and black range, particularly the orange flavoured one.
Love Bournville too - can eat a small bar all in one go.
For a quick fix from the local newsagents has to be the new KitKat chunks.
Hate white chocolate, would rather go without than eat it and not very keen on very rich Belgian chocs either.
