Today she steadfastly refused to eat toast for lunch, preferring the papery bit you get at the start of a new roll of sellotape and some dried up floam.

I do know someone whose fourth child is v funny about food. She ate ocean pebbles. She ate tops from felt-tip pens. She ate lots of inappropriate stuff, and barely any food. Seems ok, though, she's three now.
