Dd1 is being bullied at school

I just had to collect her and she was in floods of tears

batters it wasnt dd who was bullied for 4 years, but someone else

the school rang and i also spoke to dd1

the meeting seemed to go v well, the girls all said they hadnt realised the effect they were having and were sorry, everyone got a chance to get things off their chest and dd1 is much happier, so we will see how it goes

funnily enough, because it is raining here, and dd1 went to school with no jacket, i went to drop one off to her, and one of the girls came up to me to say hello and offered to pass the coat onto dd1!

so hopefully this will be the end of it (aside from usual girls falling out spats of course )

and they all have the weekend to mull things over now

she is back, and seems fairly upbeat

Sometimes I think that children need to know that someone has twigged what they're up to and is watching them. Gives them a bit of a fright.
