Germaine Greer and the old Graham Norton, don't like the new one.

Franny, he's not physically attractive but he is vey funny imo.

Harpsi, I was thinking the same thing thing when I posted on Franny'ssinging thread though - a fair few of the folky type singers are gay/lesbian too!

FullOfTestosterone · 08/09/2006 21:25

Captain & Maria Von Trapp - just to watch the sheer sexual chemistry.

if I'm honest I would be paralysed by many famous people and they would find me inordinately boring and we'd have a really crap stilted evening. I'd like someone with similar interests to me but different views with whom I could have a bluddy good argument - but not so good and senior that I'd feel intimidated. So that would be Boris Jonson. (not at all influenced by his being in the news today...) and I'd have someone warm and charming who didn't want to talk about themselves but who found me and my life endlessly fascinating (cos lets face it, those are the type of people we all like...) That would be....erm....Raisin. My cat. well, ex-cat. But i'd like him before he was ex.

I am a big fan of Boris Johnson hatwoman. IO heard him on Desert Island Discs and he was utterly clever, self depracating and charming.
no wonder he gets all thebirds despite being such a state

LieselVonTrapp · 08/09/2006 22:24

Its ROLF, BTW!!

thewomanwhothoughtshewasahat · 08/09/2006 22:30

don't want to turn this into a Boris thread, but I'm not totally convinced by the self-deprecating bit. I think there's a bit of trickery in there. it seems a bit "not only am I shit-hot but I'm sharp enough to realise that people prefer it if you try to hide it a bit. but only a bit..." But I do think he'd be good fun at a dinner party. just the kind of man I like to flirt a bit with and score a few points against.

harpsichordcarrier · 08/09/2006 22:32

oh yes, I don't disagree with that. he is a player, that's for sure.

trying2bgood · 08/09/2006 22:36

I would say dawn french and jennifer anison - because they seem like two such nice people and I bet they know loads of gossip and are willing to tell you!!!!
