I keep getting calls on my mobile from that way, but they hang up when I answer. Can't be bothered spending money to call them back.

01782 is my dialling code in Stoke-on-Trent but I promise I havn't been phoning you!

It covers most of North Staffs, Stoke, Newcastle-under-Lyme and part of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Just a thought after reading clayheads posting. The Caudwell group is based here in Stoke, do you have Vodafone or a phones for you phone. One thing that the telemarketers do is to ring several numbers at the same time, speak to the first that answers and hang up on the rest.

Its really annoying as your phone can go several times in sucession.

Thanks Julie, no I don't . I am on Orange bought from Orange. It hasn't happened since, whoever it was muct hvae heard mumsnet was onto them.
