Even worse, we'll be in the suburbs! Looking forward to it, am thinking of arriving at friend's house clutching single red roses for the ladeez.

I've bought lovely DH a really nice watch.Am also doing him a couple of vouchers, one for a months subscription at a gym he wants to join and the other is for a meal out at a restaurant of his choice whenever he likes.

I think he might have spent a small fortune on me this year and here's me only just having sorted out his presents for tomorrow.

Well we're pretty skint so we said we're not doing presents this year. However I have got DH a new (half price in the sales) jumper!
We're going out for a meal too - though it will hardly be romantic as the children are coming too!!

In previous years when we've had more money & no little ones gifts have included tickets for gigs/bands/cinema, weekends away and days out.
