Hi all

I am knew on here, very interesting chats going on but glad to see it has settled into a friendly chat...which is what it should be huh?

Like the name fanny 5 had an aunt fanny she was very old but funny sadly she has gone now...cool name though!
I need help though coz my old man as i call him is annoyed i have joined our daughter to an agency any ideas how i can talk him round? like some people here he is a little paranoid (no offence meant by the way)just had a bit of a barney with him about it...oops guess i should have consulted him about it first i spose...any ideas guys? dont wanna go to bed angry ....lol

fanny I dont mean this nastily one bit but your happy to find out about other peoples agencies maybe you could say ( that is meant in a nice way )

ketchup > what agency is it your daughter is with?
Also what are your DP's reasons for not wanting your LO to do it?

ketchup >> sorry noadvice, my dh was really happy to take dd to see all agents and even helped me choosing which one to go with! Has your dd had any work yet? I bet he'll melt when he sees her in print/tv!

fanny5 >> we're with AK and IK, it's a long story and took us a long time to choose an agency, we basically appled everywhere and went to bilions of assessments and interviews, was really worth it, though! We're really happy with our agents now! My dd is same age as yours, has sh had lots of work lately?

no, not at all.

Weve had auditions and only one job though. really enjoyed what we have done, well I did!!

I just treat it as a hobby and anything happens is a bonus. Some people take it too seriously which is the wrong attitude I think.

If I were ketchup I would just say, look Ive done it, lets see what happens and see who is the proudest when they get their first job!!

We're also doing it for fun and only because I have spare time (I work from home), my dd hasn't done a lot and it was mainly from January this year that it started happening, really!

we are with ES (shh dont tell anyone !!)

been with them since last sept and much the same as you really,had one job before xmas and then loadsof auditions this year

Tink, you need to cut out a form from the mag and send it in with a picture of him, baby must be between 6-10 months in June, since my dd is 14 months if you want I can send your the form, just let me know!

We went to the interview but I was a bit scared of them Blush, I'll have a look on their website to see if I can spot your lo knowing nothing about her hehehe you can feel free to look at my lo on IK's website, they have so few kids that is very easy!!!
