That's it really
I fancy a laugh
Following a conversation today...

Cheesiest pair I know paddle hands after dinner. It's kind of like sex but you only touch hands. It is utterly foul and really someone should say something but how could one put it?

I don't know alot of cheesy couples but I've come across a couple very disturbing couples.

it's a bit graphic so I'm debating whether or not to start a thread. it's pretty bad (weird sexual practices etc)

TinyGang · 15/03/2006 10:25

You can't just leave it like that DC!Grin Thread please!

NotQuiteCockney · 15/03/2006 10:28

I don't think it's cheesy for a bloke to be competant at clothes shopping. The male half of a couple I know is like this.

I'm nauseated by the rest of this, though. Particularly adults sitting on each others laps. For some reason, that really bugs me.

cod · 15/03/2006 10:29

i am very sexist regarding mens roles

it s odd if men like to shop in my book

bundle · 15/03/2006 10:30

cod - friend of mine said she wasn't surprised when her brother came out, as he'd always loved shopping with her Smile

TinyGang · 15/03/2006 10:32

Yes I agree cod - I really don't know why though. Dh is the very last person I want around when I'm clothes shopping and he hates it anyway.

I feel vaguely bothered when I see men rummaging through women's clothes for their other half.

cod · 15/03/2006 10:32

very odd
friends dh was once gioven th choice of sting weiht dh to watch ruby or going shoppign iwht u
he chose shopping
barf

CountessDracula · 15/03/2006 10:32

my brother and his newish (well not that bloody new at least a year) girlfriend are appalling in this respect

He calls here baybeeee in a really whiny voice
And once when she was playing with dd for a long time (hence not gazing into his eyes or holding his hand) he said to her when she had finished "oh babyeeeee I thought I'd lost you"

BARF

Actually it's all him not her come to think of it. He is forever asking her if she's alright, I feel like screaming "OF COURSE SHE'S BLOODY ALRIGHT YOU ONLY ASKED 3 MINUTES AGO AND SHE HAS NOT LEFT YOUR SIGHT IN THAT TIME, DO YOU THINK A GIANT SNAKE MAY HAVE SLITHERED ALONG THE FLOOR AND WRAPPED ITSELF ROUND HER NECK WITHOUT YOU NOTICING FFS"

bundle · 15/03/2006 10:33

oh cod that's different, can totally relate to men who don't like sport, esp rugby

TinyGang · 15/03/2006 10:33

CountessDracula · 15/03/2006 10:33

cod · 15/03/2006 10:33

so maybe he wasnt gayt hen

bundle · 15/03/2006 10:34

cd Shock that's horrific

CountessDracula · 15/03/2006 10:34

I would rather sit under a greasy car for hours than watch rugby and that doesn't make me a lezza

cod · 15/03/2006 10:35

see new htread

JoolsToo · 15/03/2006 10:35

not really cheesy couple but I hate it when grown adult humans say 'come to mummy' to a pet!

AARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

CountessDracula · 15/03/2006 10:35

yes it is

I love them both to bits but wish they would get over this vomit inducing first bit

Norah · 15/03/2006 10:37

Oh - my cheesiest couple are utterly nauseating - now in their forties and childless (deliberately so) they wear matching coats, always hold hands and are always snogging or feeling each other up - in the most inappropriate situations !! Like a pair of teenagers they really are - but also utterly dull and boring with the most boring hobbies in lieu of kids !

cod · 15/03/2006 10:38

yes the hand holder rinning couple also have mathin puffas
adn theirh osue ahs a heart in stones int he front drive

TinyGang · 15/03/2006 10:42

Oh matching clothes is VERY cheesy; especially matching bobble hats straight after Christmas. Yuckeroony.

NotQuiteCockney · 15/03/2006 10:42

Oh god, I hate men watching sports all the time. DH doesn't watch sports, and most of my exes didn't watch sports either.

I once dated someone who could shop competantly, it was nice, but it meant I couldn't buy him clothes as gifts, as I'd always get it wrong.

My friend's shopping DH is quite straight, I think, but used to work in the clothes industry (sorta, family business), and he can go out and buy clothes for her, and they will fit and suit her very well.

NotQuiteCockney · 15/03/2006 10:43

Oh, and still vomitous at the cheezy couples. Really? A heart outside their house?

They must really really hate each other, to have to go to such public lengths to proove their love.

DaddyCool · 15/03/2006 10:58

I don't watch sport. I like playing sport but I don't watch it. All my mates do but I just can't get into watching sport on the telly.

I'd be all for actually going to see the game or playing it with mates though.
