hi back now just popped to my mums and noone except the scabby arse dog, he just growled at me 14 stone lump! oh well ate all of my mums go ahead biscuits so dont think she'll be to impressed!!! poor nanny seaside xxxx

lots of dust 7's!!!
well, after my lovely dh left me in bed til 7.15 he brought me a cuppa. I then had a banana, some ciabbata with oil and balsamic vinegar, gnocchi with some saucy thing at cafe uno. Then I had 2 cups of t, another one at work, i've had a few token gesture mouthfuls of soup before snaffling the chocolate desert before my boss had even locked the door and now i feel sick.. i usually eat a lot more, mostly crap.. you sound so much happier today. I'm glad you've had a good day...

that sounds pretty healthy allie! i thought you were gona say choc for brek, lunch, dinner, supper plus crisps, sweets etc etc!!!!

im so happy coz liam was happy. i cant describe how wonderful it is when hes this happy. i can only describe his grumps as him getting colicky and i.b.s symptons. hope hes like it tomorow, wont hope too much tho.

i dont smoke much now that liam here. before he came along, me and luke (elder ds) used to have such a laugh , he liked me having a drinkie coz he said i made him laugh. i used to smoke more then, bout 10 a day. now only have 2, which is fine.

my dad gave up 15 years ago, but they never nag me. my mates hubby is dying of lung cancer due to very heavy smoking and drinking but i just cant give up my 2 stress relievers

bless ya. If i'm pickled i'll nick them off people so cna go months without one. cutting down is great though... i'm folding invoices and making a list of vets in east anglia to call and offer my works services to! at least i've been kept busy tonight. what do u do?
