Plastic/cosmetic Surgery/procedures, and if so, what would you have done

I would have

A nose job (my nose is not big just a slight bump in it)
Achin implant
A brow lift (I always look knackered)
face abrasion
my top lip plumped slightly
teeth straightemed and whitened.

i would have, fillers in my face to sort out my wrinkles.
breast lift(4 kids and breast feeding has left them looking worse for weart!)
a tummy tuck
if i wasnt scared of operations!

I would stay at home and look after my kids until they are 18 and never feel guilty about not working...and I would be able to pursue my dream of being a writer, because it wouldn't matter financially if I crashed and burned. Fat chance

And I would buy dh a yacht

Teeth deffo, my worst feature
Boobs enlarged

I have fibrous lumps on my arms and liegs, the one I hadremoved keft a horrid scar so i've left them, but I'd dearly like for them to be removed by a surgeon with skill instead of a knackered GP willing to admit to no sleep, caffeine overdose and shaky hands.

I would definitely have a boob reduction and lift, maybe a tummy tuck too - get rid of saggy belly and stretch marks

Yup - Teeth sorted. Oh, and when I've finished baby making, nork reduction/plumpin upper job (does that make sense?? I want them smaller, but firm!)
