Breast milk soap, would you buy some?!

I'm finally buying my ingredients tonight online and need to know how much to buy lol... if someone offered you breastmilk soap would you really buy some? It'll be home made from 100% natural ingredients by the old fashioned cold press method which involves hard work and 2-3 weeks 'curing'...

for a 200 gram bar I'd want £2.50 and 60p postage...

It'll contain lovely yummy cinammon and coconut oil too... so would anyone want any (bearing in mind it won't be ready for weeks yet!)

[The breastmilk is milk that has been turned down by my milkbank due to the fact that I had a cold when producing it - this in no way makes the soap icky as the chemical process in soap making pretty much pasteurises it anyway]

Where is the font of all knowledge, then?!

Thanks, Feast. I'm afraid it still hasn't persuaded me that breastmilk soap is the way to go - but I honestly wish you well, Fast

When I was on dialysis I noticed that we all had beautiful skin and the medics said it was because we weren't getting rid of the urea it was staying in us.It is in most skin products and is usually pigs wee!Madonna advocates peeing in the shower for lovely feet although i prefer the bath myself

eucerin which my dd1 was perscribed for ezcema contains between 5-10% urea. niiice.

I don't know much about making soap, but don't you end up "cooking" the milk, effectively? In which case, that's much like pasteurising it, so the HIV risk goes away.

I don't think I'd want it, but I don't think it's actually gross, logically speaking. I might well buy some, just to be weird.

Otherwise, yeah, lactivist or ebay. But I'd expect the ebay thing to come with some odd additional requests.

(I do remember seeing a site once that was selling breastmilk. For the fetish market, obviously.)
