buyer isn't happy.... but I think she is lying what do i do?

hiya as some of you know I sold a snowsuit on ebay. Buyer paid over £50 for it because it was brand new . It didn't have tags on because it was planned to be worn but apart from being tried on that was it!
Anyway buyer has e-mailed me saying there is a tea stain all down the front. That is very unlikely, I don't drink tea and this has been hanging in the cupboard since christmas. I checked the item all over and there was nothing of the kind . So what do i do?

Hey, I've got the answer, ask her to soak just the stained area in cold water ( this gets out coffee stains cos I've just tried it on my cardigan) If it doesn't come out you could offer her a refund of say £1-£2 to buy appropriate stain devil/remover (Dylon is £1.47 & gets most things out) as a GOODWILL gesture
