How can you find a song if you only know the tune and can't remember any lyrics at all?

I have tried and tried but all I can remember is the tune!

Absolutely no idea at all who it is by, or when it is from. Its a man singing, and I'd hazard a guess its 80s/90s.

Extensive googling of the one snippet of lyrics that I might remember (or equally might have just dreamed ) is suggesting it could be a song called "No Dancing" by Men Without Hats - but I can't find anywhere to actualy hear it online so am none the wiser.

The snippet I think I remember is "...and people try to tell me...".
