They initially seemed good quality but they rip too easily.

2/5. I really wanted to like these but they're too frustrating. It's really difficult to get them out of the packet, they either come out as a clump of several wipes, or they rip. When you've got a wriggly toddler spreading poo about, you really need easy one handed access to the wipes!
We also tried them for a final wipe after the toilet (older child is 5 and doesn't always clean well enough with toilet paper), but they were too difficult for children to get out and I'm dubious about flushing them dispite the claims.

I really wouldn't, the only people I know who are environmentally friendly enough to put up with the hassle of these use reusable wipes instead.

I’m so pleased I’m not the only one who thought the smell was odd! I kept thinking the baby had poo’d when it was in fact the smell of these wipes! They also rip so easily. You seem to either end up with a tiny ripped piece or about 10 wipes in a go.

Company was brilliant. Had no problems ordering and was very surprised by the quick delivery over the Christmas period.

2/5 Delivery was quick. They absolutely stink. Also the claim on the packaging is misleading if you don't read the small print.

1. What did you like most about Pura’s wipes? Really pleased they're compostable - felt much better about using single use items knowing they won't go to landfill. They have a neutral smell. They're sturdy and don't fall apart, but also nice and soft, with the right amount of moisture.
2. Would you look to purchase Pura wipes instead of your usual product? We use reusable cloths at home most of the time so wouldn't replace those, however for out and about or if we needed disposable wipes then yes these would quite likely be what we bought, depending on price.
3. What did you think of the overall quality of the wipes? Very good, however a big issue is that after you get past the first quarter or so then they clump together so you can't just get one out on its own. This is even harder when one handed which is quite common when dealing with a super wriggly one year old!
4. How did you rate your overall experience with Pura? Easy to use website, and very fast delivery - very satisfied.
5. How likely would you be to recommend Pura wipes to someone else? Yes I would, but I would feel the need to flag the annoyance of the clumping, however I know this isn't an issue unique to Pura.

The environmental impact is less than the standard wipes on the market. Also they have not got an unpleasant smell to them.

If the cost difference was significant enough then potentially as they haven't irritated the little one's skin which can be a concern.

They were okay but thinner than the wipes we usually use. They are hard to get out of the package without taking a load of them out in one go.

Good, the package arrived well and the wipes have been fine. There haven't been noticeable skin complaints from my little one either which is good.

Likely - if they wanted to use something more eco friendly.

I dont think so- maybe. My daughter had a bit of a sore bum when I used them on her. No issues with wiping faces so can happily use them for that and with my eldest

If there hadnt been that redness on my bqbys bum i wouldnt have had an issue at all- I know she is very sensitive so that doesn't surprise me- otherwise they were great

2. What did you think of the overall quality of the wipes? I thought they looked and felt expensive but their performance did not match up to other wipes on the market. My husband found the smell offensive. I found it difficult to properly clean my daughters bottom, they left crumbs that needed several wipes and attempts to grab which was uncomfortable for her. It was difficult to pick one out of the packet, difficult to find and edge and several often came out at once.
3. How did you rate your overall experience with Pura? I wanted to like them but for the cost, my normal Aldi wipes perform much better.
4. How likely would you be to recommend Pura wipes to someone else? Maybe if someone wanted some that were plastic and more natural but with the caveat that others are better.

I liked the moisture level as they were wet enough to clean DD up properly but didn't leave her skin soaking wet. I also liked the option of being able to flush them.

I wouldn't replace my usual wipes with these as I found I wasted a lot of them as they seemed to rip really easily and were difficult to get out the pack as they were clumped together.

Due to how easily they ripped I don't think the wipes were particularly good quality. I liked that they cleaned DD well and didn't irritate her skin but I find my usual wipes that are much cheaper also do this.

The website is easy to navigate and the delivery was really quick with regular email updates so the customer service was really good.

I wouldn't recommend them due to the ripping issue and difficulty getting them out the pack. When you're trying to do it one handed while changing a nappy a big clump of them is liable to come out unfortunately

1. What did you like most about Pura’s wipes? They were free! I also liked the thickness, they didn't bunch up in my hand as much as the usual brand I use so got more poo with each wipe. Also great they are not bad for the environment. I also didn't think they smelt that bad, the smell wasn't nice if you held them to your nose but didn't bother me otherwise.

I think the idea behind the Pura brand is great, I am very happy to try eco friendly versions of products I use. There are plenty of wipes in each pack.

Unfortunately no, both me and my partner found the wipes would clump together and it was very difficult to get only one wipe out at a time, and when you have a squirmy baby with a dirty nappy it can be quite frustrating when you can't get a wet wipe out or 20 come out at a time.

I think the quality is pretty good, they didn't rip when using them.

If we didn't have the issue I mentioned above I would give them 5/5 but currently I would give 3/5.

I would love to but I know how frustrating it is when they often clump together when trying to get one out so because of that I would say no.

1 good ting is lack of plastic in them , 2 liked quality but smell of them put me off 3 high quality but smell is not great stuck together a bit as well when getting out of the packet.4overall 50/50 feel good for planet but not the best I have used and quite expensive,5 would not really recommend them smell was a big factor in that ,high quality but expensive

They seem really gentle on my babies skin, and soft. I felt happy using them on her face and hands.

No, I found them difficult to get out of the packet. They either came out in clumps or in pieces. I ended up wasting some or having to stuff the extra ones back in the packet which didn’t feel hygienic as I’d touched them while changing a nappy them put the back in. I ended up using the extras around the house and on toys though as they don’t have a strong smell or feel like they’re full of chemicals so that was a big plus.

They’re really soft and I would definitely use them on a newborn but being flushable, coming apart in pieces as you’re trying to get them out the packet while changing a wriggly baby was frustrating at times.

Satisfactory, no big wow I loved them. 7/10. I’d buy on the grounds that they seem more gentle on my babies skin, especially compared to cheap scratchy ones with a strong smell.

I’d recommend to new parents or those who’s babies have sensitive skin, but Not for parents of older babies. They’re good for toddlers who are potty training as learning to wipe their own bums so they can put them straight in the loo.

I liked the fact that I felt that I was doing something less harmful to the environment than using the usual supermarket babywipes that I buy.

Possibly - although price is one of the most important factors for me as we are on a tight budget.

Really good. Strong, smelt so much better than the usual wipes - less perfumed, worked really well, possible needed fewer than usual so more efficient

I liked the packaging, the mildness of the scent and felt it did a good job of cleaning my newborn’s bottom.

I would consider using it alongside other brands but do not feel it ticked enough boxes to fully switch to it.

I found the sheets tore quite easily when trying to get single sheets out. This was frustrating particularly as I would typically have already opened the nappy before finding it a struggle not to get a large clump of wipes or ripped single wipes from the pack. I would have liked the wipes to be a little wetter than they were as I felt it was one of the reasons they were hard to pull out individually.

I really like what I’ve read about the brand, the speed at which it was delivered (under 24hours from placing the order), and unlike other reviewers I didn’t mind the scent at all.

I would recommend Pura as a brand and their flushable wipes as they are helpful for potty training and giving kids independence in the toilet. I’m trying to help my eldest daughter learn how to wipe her bottom after no.2’s so flushable wipes are a super helpful tool to help us with this

Bad! They clumped pulling them out which made it really hard to get them out in a hurry - I have a very wriggly baby who doesn't like a nappy change, so often have to try and hold her in place while getting wipes out with one hand. So they end up clumping and tearing!

What did you like most about Pura’s wipes?
That they are plastic-free, but unlike other biodegradable wipes, these are thick and sturdy whereas ones I've tried in the past have fallen to pieces during use.

If they were on offer, or if my financial position was to change.

1. What did you like most about Pura’s wipes? I liked the fact they were plastic and fragrance free, and contained no ingredients that would irritate my baby’s skin. I also thought the ordering and delivery process was pretty seamless and very fast!
2. Would you look to purchase Pura wipes instead of your usual product? I would consider buying some to use on the go for convenience sake, but have decided to stick with the reusable ones we have already for use at home

I wasn’t impressed with the way they were packed into the package, as that meant it was hard to remove just one wipe at a time and I often ended up with a whole wad of them in my hand which I had to disentangle and replace the excess back into the packet.
