The testing team at Clearblue have asked us to help find some of you to help develop their products. They're looking for women aged 18-40 who are trying to conceive to take part in a clinical study lasting approximately 2 months.

If you're interested in taking part, please find more information and contact Clearblue here.

All who take part and complete the testing cycles will receive a £100 voucher from Clearblue.

Please note: this project is run entirely by Clearblue and is outside of Mumsnet control. Conditions apply.

Thanks and good luck

@sandybabytoes I haven't had that! Looks like you've been accepted for it to me x

Cakeorchocolate · 06/02/2018 12:18

Looks like you're in Sandy. Congrats.

Thanks, all well and good but the form filling in is quite a bit of work and you can't electronically sign, you have to either scan them in to the address provided or post them Shock

jbee1979 · 06/02/2018 20:15

I did this a few years ago and got pregnant with my almost 3 year old. It's a bit of work but it worked for me. Good luck every one!

meandmytinfoilhat · 06/02/2018 20:18

I'm not eligible. Been ttc for nearly 4 months

Catinthecorner · 07/02/2018 09:11

Mumsnet, before I give a third party a bunch of private details so they can spam me forever more might you get a more specific breakdown of the eligibility criteria

DoneDisappeared · 07/02/2018 13:15

Inelligble too - TTC for two years (wish I knew why I didn't qualify)

Twiglet2353 · 07/02/2018 17:05

Also ineligible - trying not to see it as a slap in the face 😂

tiddledpink · 07/02/2018 23:33

through stage 1 at least 🤞

Ginge12 · 08/02/2018 10:08

I signed up to this last night and had an email this morning with the consent forms on 😊

Ginge12 · 08/02/2018 16:16

Just received a call and I've been accepted onto it but have to wait until my next period, watch me be pregnant this month and miss out on my £100 voucher 😂

xLeanne128 · 08/02/2018 16:54

@ginge12 well done! If you dont mind me asking where your at with TTC? Cycle, previous children, age? Just like to know what they were looking for x

Ginge12 · 08/02/2018 17:01

@xLeanne128 I'm 27 TTC my first and on 2nd cycle of trying xx

xLeanne128 · 08/02/2018 21:19

That's the exact same as me but I'm 24 weird, i did miscarry last month that obv put them off x

ttctet · 09/02/2018 04:48

I have been accepted too. 28, ttc for 3 months, first child. No previous miscarriages etc.

Ginge12 · 09/02/2018 06:30

Sounds like their looking for the very straight forward cases in the hope of getting the best results then which isn't nice for everyone who has been trying for a while

ttctet · 09/02/2018 09:40

Maybe they’ve had to confine it to one category to make the study more accurate, I don’t know.

babyl0ve · 09/02/2018 12:20

I’ve just had my phone call and have been accepted.
I’m 30 and on my third cycle, no miscarriages.
I have to wait for my next period before I can start the trial so I’m really hoping I get my BFP instead and don’t get to take part!!

Aph413 · 09/02/2018 20:58

I'm in. 27. 5th cycle for number 1 with no miscarriages. Does look like it's very straight forward people so far. Although they didn't actually ask me if I had any children or miscarriages when they rang me

ttctet · 10/02/2018 06:39

I think I was asked if I’d had a miscarriage in the last three? cycles maybe. Some of the questions were about previous pregnancies which wasn’t applicable to me, but does mean they’re not necessarily looking for first timers.

ClaryFray · 11/02/2018 15:07

Applied. We'll see.

From a ethical stand point it's quite bad they haven't issue any idea about who is eligible.

Stinkbomb · 11/02/2018 23:04

I'm in no position to take part now, but took part in a clear blue trial and my dd is nearly 5 yo now.

SpiderWilliesOnYourFrillys · 12/02/2018 08:18

I also applied but didn’t meet criteria but posters up thread have the same criteria as me and they got accepted.

sunshine1987 · 12/02/2018 11:20

@SpiderWilliesOnYourFrillys same!

RedCarsGoFaster · 12/02/2018 14:46

Not eligible. 36yo, TTC 3 years.
