~ Which areas of your body did you use the Skin Therapy Oil?
I used it on my knees (very dry skin), stomach (stretch marks), chest (dry-ish skin) and face (but only once)
~ How easy or difficult did you find applying the oil? How did it fit into your daily routine?
I found it easy to apply after a shower at night but found that it was a bit of a faff to apply 3 times a day, as recommended because I had to take my top off to let it dry. Although it didn't take long, it was a little inconvenient.
~ Did the Skin Therapy Oil absorb easily or not? How did it leave your skin feeling?
Yes, it absorbed fairly easily and I noticed a difference to the softness of the skin on my chest and stomach but not my knees.
~ How did you find the smell/fragrance of the oil?
I didn't really like the smell, to be honest. I expected it to be perhaps a little sweeter (think the fact that it was rosehip made me think that it should smell like my English Rose Yankee Candle!).
~ Did you notice any difference in the appearance or feel of your skin after using the oil at all? If so, please say what you noticed.
I didn't notice a difference in appearance but, as above, the skin on my chest and stomach was noticably softer.
~ What's the best thing about the Skin Therapy Oil? Is there anything that you don't like about it?
I liked the pump action top, it gave out a dose which was enough to cover fair amount of skin but not too much. I think the thing I didn't like (and it's maybe not important) was the packaging. The box looked like the bottle would be bigger, but when I opened it, the box was half empty with the box built up so that the bottle wouldn't wobble.
~ How does the Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil compare to the moisturiser or moisturising oil product you were using before (if you were using one)?
It has definitely made a difference to the skin on my chest, where I'd previously tried various creams and moisturisers which didn't really make much of a difference.
~ Do you think you'd be likely to continue using it on a regular basis or not? If so, why? If not why not?
Yes, I think I will continue to use it but only once a day.
~ If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil to a friend/relative? If so why? If not, why not?
I'd recommend it for dry skin but not for the appearance of stretch marks, as I didn't notice a difference.
Thank you for letting me participate in this trial, I really enjoyed it.
