I've been testing the size 5 pull ups on my ds who is 19m old and is currently into sitting on the potty but with a nappy on!

Q1 Lovely and bright. DS loves them and they seem very comfortable. Would definately use again.

Q2 Great to help with potty training as we can pull these down when he decides he wants to sit on the potty and pull them up again later which I can't do with nappies. As he's not really ready to potty train yet this is a good compromise before we move to big boy pants.

Q3 I used pampers pull ups with my first child as well as some other supermarket brands and would definately go for these.

Q4 Yes I would recommend. They are great for potty training or as an alternative to pants when you might have a little accident such as during the night or on long car journeys.

Q5 I think they're a bit expensive but they can be reused if you dont have any accidents whereas with nappies they dont stick as well once opened once or twice.

My nappies arrived the other day, ive got to say im loving them!! My DD hasnt a clue who Dora is but still likes the picture on the front.

Q1) I have always used pampers and my dd has just got to the stage where easy up pants are suitable. I thought they seemed smaller than the active fit but once they werr on they fitted nice and snug.. I would buy these again if they were on offer, they are a tad expensive to use as an every day nappy. I love the tag on the back to keep them closed after use, really good idea. My husband said its not completly evident which side is the front! (We discussed about the picture after my daughters little leak!)

Q2) I found them pretty easy to get off but a little harder to get up. My dd has chunky legs so pulling them up was a hit of a fight but i suppose bying the next size up would sort this?

Q3) I have always used pampers nappies but havent tried pull ups yet, overall im impressed so far!

Q4) I like the charactors and really think that the absorption is good, the only downside for me is the cost. I think they will really support my dd through the potty training stage.

Q5) when buying nappies the cost is the first thing i look for..its one of the main reasons i move between active fit and baby dry..pampers really suit my dd so I end up searching the net to find where the offers are. 21p per nappy is quite expensive. I would have to look at alternatives as much as i wouldnt want to :(

I was using size 4 for my 14 old daughter. They're very easy to pull up and dry for a long time. Great for a hotter days when your on the beach. I've noticed my daughter was feeling better with them than with regular nappies. Pampers brand the best and I will definitely use them in the future! Good choice!

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
Lovely quality and so comfy too. Much nicer for my dd to wear especially in this hot weather and so easy to put on too.
Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?
Yes, very easy and so much more convenient not having to lie dd down when we are out.
Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?
I've used Huggys but to me there's no comparison. The pampers ones are as good as a normal nappy whereas I find the others flimsy and feeble.
Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes for the quality and ease but not for training as for me that's not the answer.
Q5 We've included some info on how much Pampers Easy Up Pants cost
below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
I think they are fairly expensive compared to nappies but I would pay more for the comfort and ease of use.

Dd is one if those chikdren who just uses a nappy to its full extent if she is wearing one despite being dry in pants!
For that reason I wouldn't use them to train but just for comfort at night or when travelling in the car.

I received my little ones Pampers Easy Up Pants....loved them immediately as did toots.....excitement and squeals when she seen Dora and Boots on the pants...they are really easy for my little one to pull up and down and are very strong, unlike other brands I've used, that rip easily at the side...they are super absorbent too if she happens to have a little accident as they still feel nice and dry and don't irritate her skin. They fit really snug around her legs and waist so no leaks.. i loved that they were not bulky and looked like a padded nappy bottom...Overall we are delighted with them and definitely will stick to this brand. Thanks x

My ds is 8 months and we are trying the size 4 nappies

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
Ok, so to start with the good points the absorbency is great, like all pampas range. However pulling the nappies up is not easy as my ds is not standing by himself yet and I have to lean him against me while I pull them up. So it's a bit scary as I keep thinking he is going to lurch in another direction. As a result I think he is too early for this kind of nappy. I would probably wait to use them again until he is older.

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?

Not really, due to my comments above.

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?

Never used them again.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, but not for 8 months. I think the baby should be older.

Q5 We've included some info on how much Pampers Easy Up Pants cost
below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

They seem quite expensive compared to other nappies. I am happy with more traditional nappies for now which are cheaper.

  1. My lo hates having his nappy changed so these were a lot quickereven though he does not stand independently yet. They felt nice to the touched and just looked quality. They were a good fit
  2. Yes. As above.
  3. I have not used a pull up before.
  4. I would for the ease of putting them on.
  5. If money was no object for me then id buy them from now on in. However, I couldn't justify the price difference.

My son is 12 months and in a size 4.

Dd3 is 13 months and we used a size 4 pack.
Q.1. - I do really like these, definitely a help with a very wriggly baby who fights to get up, kicks, rolls over and often escapes half way through a nappy change! Quality is good.
However, i do still think pampers baby dry are the ultimate comfortable, soft nappy for a baby to wear. i have noticed that my dd gets a quite pronounced red line where the elastic round the pull up legs cuts in. I guess that ensures no leaks, but I don't get elastic indentation marks when she's wearing a "baby dry" nappy.
As ever, with the pull ups, the pampers dryness protection is very good. With 3 dd's I've tried a lot of nappies, and for my girls, no other brand has been as dry, or as good at minimising leaks and nappy rash.
Q.2 - it is really convenient to be able to put these on with dd standing up and stepping her in. It's still a bit of a tussle pulling them up as she is only 13 months and not agile enough to step in without help, and they do get a bit stuck sometimes on the pulling up bit! But it's easier to let her get up after having to do cleaning and barrier cream lying down.
Q.3 - I have used Tesco and Sainsburys pull ups in the past with older dd's, and tried Tesco ones again a few months ago. I've found all the brands fit ok. But dd3 can get bad nappy rash and I do think the pampers ones keep her drier and protect her skin a lot better. She did seem to get worse nappy rash with the Tesco ones a few months ago, so I wouldn't buy those again.
Q.4 - I would definitely recommend these to any parent with a wriggly baby who's resisting nappy changes. I've used mine overnight and dd still stayed dry. However, I found with my older dd's that pull up nappies didn't solve the potty training problem because they still didn't feel they'd "had an accident". It did help that we could put them up and down like pants though when they were bigger.
Q.5 - it's hard to call these good value when they are clearly the most expensive nappy you could buy! Even when compared to all the other pampers options. However if you have a baby with sensitive skin that reacts with a rash to any urine or poop next to their skin, then my experience is that pampers are the best you can get to help them. Also, if you have a very wriggly strong baby that dislikes lying down for changes, then pull ups are a good option. Dd3 is definitely a 2 man job if I ever have another pair of hands available to help me!

Q1 Very good first impressions. Feel nice and soft, so would be comfy for my little girl. The pictures are very appealing, even though she doesn't know the character. Would definitely use them again.

Q2 Much easier than using a nappy, don't always have to find a toilet with baby changing facilities, as you can change them standing up. The tab on the back was really useful to seal when throwing away. I used these with my son years ago and they took the tab off. I commented to Pampers that it was really useful, so I'm glad to see they have started using them again.

Q3 Much better than other brands I have used. The sides are very strong and don't come apart like others.

Q4 Yes, they provide good coverage and we have had no leaks.

Q5 I never pay full price for nappies, and always stock up when I see them on offer. Also worth stocking up on the next size too! The Pampers are reasonably priced though.

DD is 19months and is in a size 5.

They were fine. She's not at all happy with lying down for nappy changes any more so these are perfect for grabbing her as she runs past and panting her up.

I've also used Nature Babycare pull-ups. The nappy version were fine, but the pull-ups dont seem as soft as the pampers and they don't roll and stick afterwards.

I used pull-ups for my older daughter when she was nearing toilet training, but actually they're useful for younder ones as well. I was a bit worried that she'd take them off herself, but not so far.....

I would recommend them. Not so keen on the TV characters, but that's no biggie (although DD would prefer a duck or something and has no idea who Dora et al is).

I thought they were just for toilet training but that is not the case!

As for price - I never dare look at the prices and just hope there is an offer on.........

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

These look good and are easy to use. Not loving the Dora cartoon, didn?t bother pointing it out to DS, if it had been Bob the Builder or an Octonaut we may have had more success. Not sure if I would use again, I found it just as easy to use a nappy and I can change one of those without having to remove trousers properly.
We used size 5 and DS is 2.6

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?

Easy to get on and off providing that it only contains wee. If there?s poo in there it?s difficult not to get it everywhere. The sticky tape to help close it is good but possibly not long enough.

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?

We use Huggies swim nappies. In the size we use they have Velcro sides which is helpful.
We?ve tried others but not for significant lengths of time not sure which ones as we were given a bundle. In comparison I found them much the same.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

This depends on what you want to use them for. As a nappy they are fine and we didn?t have any problems with leakage. DS is securely attached to his nappy and despite referring to these as pants he just used them like a normal nappy. I may consider them if we were going on a long motorway journey.
I want a pull up pant that will help DS recognise that he?s wee?d/ poo?d and contain any accidents but not have the full absorbency of a nappy. A pull up pant that has ?up to 12 hours? protection is a nappy

No, for what we?ve experienced I?ll just stick with nappies

My ds is 3 years old (Size 6). I was impressed with the ease of the Pampers Easy Up Pants. I found them convenient. Great for long car journeys when you are not absolutely confident whether there will be an accident or not. My ds was using the toilet when using the Pampers Pants. I would only recommend them for a child who will use the toilet/potty. Could be confusing otherwise. They are more expensive than nappies, but you shouldn't be needing to change that many if dc is using potty/toilet. I see them as a reassuring safety blanket. (Not used any other pull ups.)

Nice design, and quite slim. I find some supermarket own nappies too bulky.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Look quite nice but ds has no idea who Dora is as we don't have Sky or whatever she is on. Like the stripes and the material seemed soft. Don't know if I will buy any as Ds has been quick with potty training, so only using for nighttime - depends if he is dry at night before I run out of various stashes.

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?

Ish but I actually find pullups a bit fiddly to get on him. I have been putting nappies on ds standing up for two years so maybe I just find that easier. These didn't seem that much simpler as he had a bit of trouble stepping into them.

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your

No, I bought some Huggies on offer but not used them yet.

Not specifically Pampers to be honest, I don't think they have massively superior features to other pullups I've seen.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would

Theses are great! It was my first time using pull ups with 10 month old DS and they are a revelation. Nappy changes are usually a nightmare as he wriggles away sometimes taking mess with him. Nappy changes have become much quicker with less wrestling. Small point but I hate character tie-ins! DS too young to notice anyway.

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?

Yes definitely especially when out and about using public baby changes when I just want to be in and out as fast as possible!

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your

I used pull ups before when DD was older but not on such a young baby.

Yes definitely for babies who don't lie still!

I got the size 4 for my 3yr old girl and first impression when getting them ready to put on is they are nice and flexible at the waist and were easy to put on.
I use pull ups only for night times and long trips Incase dd can't hold on to her wee,no wee accidents to report though.
She can pull them down easily and back up a bit easier than other brands I have used.
Also one good thing is I could tell which way the pull ups went on because of the Dora pictures on the front and simple design on the back as i have had trouble recognising with other brands before due to too much colour and design.

Q1. My son is 6 months and has just started to crawl. I found these nappies much easier than the normal stap on ones as he wriggles so much when I try and put a nappy on! He's very happy for the nappy to come off but not to go on! The convenience of just pulling it on and off is great and I was really happy that its so simple. They stay In place and I think would be great as starter pants. The only down side was that they are with Dora, which being a boy doesn't appeal to him as it would if it was jake and the never land pirates or something similar

Q2. I found them much easier like I said previously And my son also appreciated that as he didn't struggle as much

Q 3. I've never used similar nappies as I always use pampers and previously used huggies. I've found pampers nappies very good, and even though their cost is a bit higher than other brands I still think they're worth it.

Q4. I've already recommended these nappies to a friend mostly because of their convenience and easiness

Q5. I think the price is reasonable although if it was a little cheaper would be better as my son goes through about 2-3 packets if nappies each week and the it can be costly although its something that's essential. I usually wait for the boots 'buy 2 get 1 free' offers and bulk buy to last me until their next offer
