Sunday Times columnist India Knight will be joining us here on Monday 2nd July from 9-10pm for a live chat. India has just published her first children's book 'The Baby' which is about a big brother's relationship with his new baby sister - an absolute must for second-time parents. If you can't make the chat you can post your questions in advance here.
Hope to see you here on Monday.

really really love all your books!!

ahundredtimes · 02/07/2007 21:50

Don't you have a personal shopper IK? I remember Lynn Barber used her .

UCM · 02/07/2007 21:50

But you could bang on about it through your column, the more people who bring it to the fore, the better.

indiaknight · 02/07/2007 21:50

No, I've never met Gina Ford.

indiaknight · 02/07/2007 21:51

100 - I used a personal shopper once, when I lost a ton of weight and didn't know where to start. It's not like she calls in once a week with a new wardrobe. ALas.

expatinscotland · 02/07/2007 21:52

Personal trainer?

Aitch · 02/07/2007 21:52

her styling changed daily, hundredx, so as to point up her intellect (suit) shaggability (blousy thing) and demureness (weirdy flower thing). and come on, i'm spot on with the lindy chamberlain am i not.

and PI, the dress is big on teh shoulders and longer than i need too. it's a wrap so you'd think you could just pull it tighter but clever old DVF makes for proper women in bigger sizes, so the whole thing is larger. it'd look FAB on tall, statuesque, buxom beauty. i'm too short for it. [gutted]

indiaknight · 02/07/2007 21:52

HW: I used to think that. Now I think any man, no matter how lovely, kind, devoted, etc etc, would probably have a shag if he knew for certain he'd never be caught.

woopsadaisy · 02/07/2007 21:52

have you ever met any other authors/celebs at events that are really horrible???

expatinscotland · 02/07/2007 21:52

Do you know Caitlin Moran well. She seems like a right laugh.

ahundredtimes · 02/07/2007 21:53

Ok I'll have Aitch as my personal shopper. I just remembered the LB article, and was soooo impressed.

Pan · 02/07/2007 21:53
Shock
indiaknight · 02/07/2007 21:53

I went to the Bodydoctor. I was waiting to get really into exercise, feel high, get totally obsessed etc etc.... never happened. Now I just walk. I believe in walking.

willow · 02/07/2007 21:53

Lord, that's depressing. Albeit probably true.

Aitch · 02/07/2007 21:53

itroll i did say fragrant...

morningpaper · 02/07/2007 21:53

I think that's true about husbands and nannies! FGS whenever anyone on here mentions that their hubby has been out with an old female friend there is UPROAR! People are screaming DIVORCE! That's just a nice friendly dinner date. Lock those husbands in a house with a rather lovely 19 year old all day and no one WORRIES?
