Glad I'm not the only one. Could feel myself starting to panic

NuttyMuffins · 02/03/2007 11:48

Am now arguing with a stupid tosser on ebay who said that basically then i am begrudging people getting tickets who can pay over the odds, just because I can't afford it.

dilbertina · 02/03/2007 11:50

when I got mine it did say it might take 3 hours for confirmation email - guess they're a tad busy...what with the Blondie concert and all...

beanie2bump · 02/03/2007 11:52

NuttyMuffins · 02/03/2007 12:00

dilbertina · 02/03/2007 12:03

mosschops30 · 02/03/2007 12:06

no confirmation here yet either

Hulababy · 02/03/2007 12:11

Phoenixgirl - no e-mail confirmation doesn't have seat numbers. Will come on the tickets themselves I guess.

Hulababy · 02/03/2007 12:21

Have just been on Ticketmaster and seetickets - no tickets available for Manchester on either.

Nbg · 02/03/2007 12:45

NEW DATES ADDED!

6th, 7th and 8th of Dec at O2 and 22nd at the MEN

NuttyMuffins · 02/03/2007 12:51

No more dates for NEC ???

Nbg · 02/03/2007 12:55

nope
its letting me search on tm now though.
must have calmed down

mosschops30 · 02/03/2007 13:05

are seetickets a reputable company then? I always buy from ticketmaster and am panicking that I have just spent £200 to a company i have never heard of.

Are they normally allocated good seats. Ticketmaster have a shocking reputation for selling shite seats

Nbg · 02/03/2007 13:08

i've paid £302! [gulp]

Nbg · 02/03/2007 13:12

moss 'm sure it will be fine.
i've heard of seetickets before.

NuttyMuffins · 02/03/2007 13:16

It won't let you search for tickets on ticketmaster for NEC anymore.

Hattiecat · 02/03/2007 13:29

see tickets def fine...

Nbg · 02/03/2007 13:29

theres only 26th and 27th at newcastle and one date for the men

Hulababy · 02/03/2007 13:40

Mosschops - I used seetickets for Robbie and all was fine. The were the official site that the Robbie Williams homepage linked you too last year.

NuttyMuffins · 02/03/2007 13:47

It is still showing the find tickets thing for one date at NEC, but when you click on it it says that they aren't available.

Can't believe how gutted I am.

Gobbledigook · 02/03/2007 13:57

D'you know what Nutty - I'm more peed off with the 'crapness' of the websites and just the whole frustration of not being able to get on website - any crap technology winds me up! If I actually think about it, I'm not that bothered about not going - for me it's a nostalgia thing and I loved the shows last year but this year will be the new album and tbh, I'm not that hot on it. Don't like the new single, only really like Patience on it.

I'm surprised by how mad the whole thing has gone today - do people honestly think the new stuff is that good, cos I don't.

I'd love to have gone and will probably look on ebay nearer the time but it's the whole trying to get on websites that's pissed me off the most.

Hulababy · 02/03/2007 14:00

I have to say the Ticketmaster website has been rubbish. As the main site there is it should have been able to cope better.

As for ticketline - well, that was utterly garbage! Wouldn't even load up!

I love "Shine" - prefer to Patience for definite!

Hulababy · 02/03/2007 14:00

GDG - I really like the new album.

NuttyMuffins · 02/03/2007 14:01

Oh no I really love the new stuff and because I enjoyed the last concert so much, I so wanted to go to this one too.

I know what you mean about the crapness of the websites etc. How can people be sitting there on 2 phonelines, with several web pages open and still not get anything..it's mad.

Last time I checked there were 717 auctions for TT tickets on ebay, which is what makes me really mad.

I will also probably look on there closer to the time, but as it will be right before xmas I will probably stand no chance of finding any at face value.

I am gonna occasionally check the local papers and bargain pages too, as they aren't as popular as ebay so hopefully the prices won't be as high.
