Hi Jullian
I m your huge fan. I did shred and 6 week ab exercise and did lost and achieved my target goal within 3 months. I felt more like anorexic then toned up body as even with my target goal i still had tummy. After havig anothet baby this year, i want to start again. Please tell me how long will it take to tone my tummy. I m 5"2 and my weight is 60kg and target is 50kg. Thanks

@wingsanddreams

Hi Jillian,

I have been doing 6 packs in 6 weeks in the evenings. I only managed to do it 2-3 times each week but I noticed a huge improvement on my tummy especially the upper part. I need your advice about how to improve my lower tummy.

I had c-section twice and my lower tummy is soft and wobbly. It feels like it is not responding to my exercise as much as it should due to the damaged muscle. I know I should do it 5 times a week as you suggested in the DVD but I have difficulties falling asleep if I do exercise at late hours on days when my kids go to bed late.

Thanks! You are inspirational!

Try a few other workouts that are focused on fat burning. Ripped in 30 is a good title. HIIT training classes are also god. If you can manage it.. give up alcohol for a month. That will help a lot. And eat clean. No processed foods. Drink lots of water to minimize any bloat.

@SmaDizietSma

Love Just Jillian and 30 Day Shred. Like a previous poster, getting up early to do this makes a difference to my entire day.

I'm in work tomorrow Angry so my question is about star jumps. I have to wear a bra and sports bra - is there a less bouncy alternative exercise please? Help a woman out. Flowers

Ha! Well... this is an overall question about jumping. I would try lower impact versions liking jumping jacks. High knees instead of squat jumps. Butt kicks instead of rockstar jumps.

Thank you so much everyone! I have had a great time chatting with you! Until next time! Lots of love Grin

I'm so sorry there's clearly been time-zone confusion here. I've just checked and the clocks went forward in LA on Sunday 13th. It's great that Jillian managed to get through so many questions but we're so sorry for those who didn't catch her for the live webchat. We'll try and lure her back again another time.

Thanks so much Jillian for joining us and getting through so many questions. Please do come and join us again soon.

REALLY disappointed. Just got home from work to post my question and its finished 😞
Thought it was from 9 til 10 😞😞

DaphneWhitethigh · 14/03/2016 21:33

It was Dexter, but nobody told Jillian that the clocks go forward in the UK on a different date to the USA.

Fridayfun · 14/03/2016 21:46

Aww man, gutted I missed her. Still, think she covered what I would have asked. Going to check out the beginner shred. I love the regular 30d shred but it kills my knees by mid way into level 2.

Fizrim · 14/03/2016 21:47

Ha, loving the timezone confusion!

MrsFlorrick · 14/03/2016 22:33

Argh I missed Jillian!!!

MN. Please get her back soon. Really do love her.

Oh I love jillian. This thread makes me happy :)

SmaDizietSma · 15/03/2016 21:16

I'm delighted my question was answered. I totally missed the PM. DOH.
Tomorrow I might do 30DS and beginner Shred to celebrate.

I never have knee issues. I walk about like RoboCop though.
