I have cooked breakfast nearly every day, but I make it myself. If I have something like toast or cereal, I am hungry again before I get to work, but omelettes, bacon etc fill me up much better.
I would tread carefully before falling into the trap of cooking for them every day, but its up to you. Maybe they could all do once a week and you could do the rest?
For cost and health reasons, its probably best not to have bacon, sausage etc more than once or twice a week, but there's lots of other choices like:
omelettes with cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes etc
omelette, potato cake or waffle and baked beans
huevos rancheros (eggs baked in a tomato sauce with sausage, chorizo, peppers etc)
eggs benedict or variations with spinach, mushrooms, smoked salmon
cheese on toast
cheese and ham sandwich soaked in beaten egg and fried
pancakes with fruit and Greek Yogurt
I also make oat pancakes which is (per person) 35 g oats, 165 g yogurt (any kind) soaked overnight. Then next day beat in 2 eggs, tsp baking powder and tsp cinamon. Serve with fruit and Greek Yogurt.
I love breakfast. If I'm not cooking it, I might have the occasional McDonalds and mourn the loss of the Big Breakfast big time.
