Aibu over lady using my parking spaces.

We live in a housing estate and each house or flat has one or two spaces allocated to them. Most of the spaces are directly outside our houses except a few that are round the side that have garages. The spaces aren't numbered but everyone seems to know who's is whose. There's a new neighbour that has moved in next door to me (a corner house) and has a garage parking space round the back of her house, however she uses both my spaces as she parks in the middle of them. It's quite annoying when there's nowhere else to park as you have to park further down the road.

I went over today and introduced myself and poilitley told her the spaces were mine and hers was round the back but she was welcome to use our other space when we don't have guests but could she park to one side so I can fit my car next to hers. She looked at me with a blank expression, said no and shut the door on me! What do I do now!? I just stood there for a moment open mouthed and then went home.

Now I'm not sure if she has mobility problems as she's not exactly nimble anymore (about 65) but I am shocked at her one word reply!

You do know, OP, that you have created a new acronym? It's on or those words you have to say Nar Nar Nar Nar. Or is that just me?

Ooh it's about time she gets a taste of her own medicine.

The only thing I worry about op is once she learns not to mess with your neighbour, she might make it a habit of sticking to your spaces if she thinks you're a softer touch.

God this has moved on a bit! I can't wait to see what she does. Can you believe the cheek of her?! Unbelievable. Her behaviour is a bit disturbing to say the least. Who the hell acts like that? She cannot be allowed to win. She must be put in her place.

Blatant place marking due to flipping Watch thread button not working.

Will stick a fiver in for bus fares for Nar and Fonar. They definitely need to leave their cars there for aaaages.

Well no news really. She's still blocked in and hasn't appeared out of her house yet. I'm not sure if she works but doesn't appear to have since she moved in. She does seem to pop out daily though so hopefully she'll want her car tomorrow!

I hope Nar and friend don't need to move everything their cars first though. She may not even have seen what they have done otherwise.
