I know Im not the only one.

I cant even be arsed to name change, here goes.

Nervous fanny.

You know when someone falls - hard and cracks their chin or elbow or whatever, my stomach drops, I get a shot of anxiety that shoots through the pit of my stomach down to my fanny. Right in the middle of my fanny I get a horrible feeling of anxiety.

Its only started in the last few years, its really unpleasant. Its like a bolt of aniexty, and I ONLY get it when someone hurts themselves. Wtf is that all about?

Anyway, what weird shit does your body do? Confess.

my eyes water when I have a wee. rthey always have since I can remember. My siblings and friends have found this highly amusing through out my childhood and teenage years.

sunshineandfreedom · 20/07/2012 14:02

Does anyone else get sticky lung? Sometimes when I inhale it feels like my lung has got caught on the inside of my ribs and I can't breathe in. It's like a stabbing pain, I have to fully exhale then breathe in really slowly and it goes back to normal Confused

cocolepew · 20/07/2012 14:05

Really Balloon?

Lexilicious · 20/07/2012 14:06

If I do washing up with no gloves on, my scalp itches.

Mindyourownbusiness · 20/07/2012 14:08

You reminded me of another 'condition' of mine. I wee involuntarily when l get out of the bath. Yet l always go for a wee before l get in. But its clear and more like some of the bath water has been drawn up [bucket fanny ?] and is just running back out of me. Most annoying if l have got dressed and suddenly 'whoosh' and have got to change again.
DH (a builder) always says my fanjo non return valve must be faulty. Grin

cinnamonnut · 20/07/2012 14:09

If I pinch or scratch one part of my body, I feel a zing somewhere else!

GnabGib · 20/07/2012 14:10

Thank you mind :) It is definitely mild- I only get it a couple of times a year with no other symptoms so nothing too serious. Interesting to know what it is though, I've always just assumed it was my brain being a bit strange every now and again!

ThePsychicSatsuma · 20/07/2012 14:12

applause makes me cry too! feel so overwhelmed with pride for the people being clapped and it's too much. Olympics will be...emotional...

picnicbasketcase · 20/07/2012 14:14

So glad to see there's a technical and medically recognised name for the sharp pain up the bum. Javelin arse. I shall have to remember that.

Also v glad to see that fanjo air bubbles are quite common.

I get a knot in the muscles in my jaw if I yawn too widely and get really scared in case it locks and I can never close my mouth again. Like Kristin Stewart.

Mindyourownbusiness · 20/07/2012 14:17

They will possibly do an MRI scan on you if you go to the doctors about it which can be scary in itself but they are the best way to tell what is going on in your head.
l might have one as would love to know what goes on in my head sometimes Grin

We could go together Smile

hermionestranger · 20/07/2012 14:18

I have restless legs which get worse in pregnancy. Horrid.

I also have something wrong with my hands. I "drop" occasionally throw stuff down involuntariy. The doctors are baffled by it a they can't Find anything wrong during testing. It's really embarrassing when a fork clatters into a glass of water in a busy restaurant. Sad I also can't stand holding anything cold for more than about 30 seconds.

BalloonSlayer · 20/07/2012 14:18

If you are getting "absences," Gnab, however mild, which it seems as if you are from your description, you should see a Doctor.

TheEnthusiasticTroll · 20/07/2012 14:20

I get that too mind I always remember to let it out before I step out, I just stand in bath with legs open and use my pelvic floors to push it out. a bit like a forset fire plane Grin.

picnicbasketcase · 20/07/2012 14:25

Just remembered another one. If I eat anything chocolatey with bubbles, like Wispas or chocolate mousse, I get sneezing fits.

TroublesomeEx · 20/07/2012 14:25

I get itches that can't be scratched. So I scratch where I feel the itch, but as soon as I scratch I realise that isn't where the itch is at all, it's just where I can feel it.

So sometimes I might have to scratch one part of my body to get rid of an itch in another.

I get sticky lung

and nervous fanny

TroublesomeEx · 20/07/2012 14:26

I always sneeze with every pluck of my right eyebrow.

Never happens with the left.

Never doesn't happen with the right.

electricalbanana · 20/07/2012 14:30

i have an area on my back which has no sensation of touch. But deep underneath it itches...but that itch cannot be satisfied by a scratch....cos i cant feel it!

Also i have restless legs syndrome, i kick about in the night!

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 20/07/2012 14:35

I used to get this as a child/teen but haven't had it for years. It's v hard to describe but here goes nothing ...

A feeling in my head like it's suddenly full of slightly warm, slightly itchy/tingly, very fine sand. In my mind's eye the inside of my head is full of a dark/black mass. At the same time I get a kind of reverse tunnel vision and feel as if I'm looking at everything from very far away. Hmm

YES to hot clunking neck thing, javelin arse and belly button-fanjo connection.

SarahStratton, please expand on 'throw things involuntarily' Grin

OHforDUCKScake · 20/07/2012 14:35

I get sticky lung too.

When I first had DD and I was breast feeding milk started coming out of my armpit. I had to stick a breast pad in my armpit at all times. Turns out I have an extra nipple (not that it looks like one, more of a large pore). Gross. Embarrassing too...

FateLovesTheFearless · 20/07/2012 14:40

I can't just sneeze once. It never happens. If I sneeze, I will continue to sneeze for at the very minimum eight or so more times.

I get hiccups when I smoke.

Sometimes if my nipples are touched, I feel it in my teeth! Not all the time but sometimes!

Sure this one is normal but just incase...if someone I love is angry at me i get an actual physical pain in my chest. Almost like the pain you get with a cramped muscle.

FateLovesTheFearless · 20/07/2012 14:44

Lubey, I get mini orgasm aftershocks too! Grin

lauratheexplorer · 20/07/2012 14:44

Sometimes my fanny tingles and goes dead especially if I've been sitting. It's really very uncomfortable and lasts about a minute.

Anyone?

Condensedmilk · 20/07/2012 14:56

Quenelle yes me too. I do it with numbers too - looking for patterns.

Ephiny · 20/07/2012 14:58

Right, since we're doing TMI/over-sharing - does anyone else occasionally have an orgasm following a much needed wee? Or is that just me? Blush
