Ooogs I rang them and they are going to send me some bumpf.....but she said they will cap the rate to £485 a year (which is much cheaper) if I go on to a meter. That will stay in place until the kids turn eighteen!!! But she did say if I recieved the right benefits, the only benefits I get are child tax credits,but I am hoping they count. Thanks so much for telling me. I'll let you know how it goes

hope it works for you tigger - we pay £25 a month at the moment (don't wash the kids ) but I'm sure we will need it one day (we only get child tax credit too)
