Tiggs when Tomster was being born the midwife said it was ok for Danny to watch him being delivered!!!! She said that at 16 he was older than some of the dads in the maternity unit - OMG I live in a rough area. When we got to the actual delivery both Dan and DH were ushered out because it got a bit scary and they were going to do an emergency C Section.

Dan's face was like this for about a year after he almost witnessed the delivery of Damien Tom!!!

Tigger I'm not good, but I've let it all out elsewhere so as not to ruin the mood on here. Baby is sensibly still sheltering from the gathering storm clouds.

Mars - baby news - My eldest lads circle of friends right through from Primary school are all in touch with each other. The first girl of the group, to be pregnant, just e mailed me to say that her waters have just broken!! My head started running around like a mad man - and I e mailed her back - something along the lines of 'WOW how wonderful, deep breathing, nice thoughts. Listen to your midwife she has done this a hundred times. Shouldnt be too long now. I am so proud of you - the first girl in the 'gang' to have a baby!!!' now Im sat here thinking OMG where did 20 years go to?? Have to confess to a small cry. Im so excited for her.

Shazzer - my eldest sons 'gang' went to Corfu together about 3 yrs ago - there was almost a serious, major fall out after about 2 days 2 engaged couples and 6 single lads - not a great receipe. Dan and Em ended up as the mum and dad of the lot of them.
