How much is your rent and how many bedrooms?

I’m curious, if you rent how much do you pay and for how many bedrooms? I have a small 2 bed house with garden for £1,100 private landlord, will be looking to move over the next few years and 3/4 bedrooms would likely be around £1,500. I’m fascinated with how areas vary on price so it’s just my general curiosity really.

£710 for a 2 bed end terrace. Drive, large garden...its a ha house ..10 years on list and got it through local connection to the village. Feel very lucky as its Cornwall so super expensive normally and rubbish wages. Small little cul de sac of houses...kids can play out safely. Mix of shared ownership, social rent housing and bought .Village has everything we need.. school, shop, park, pub etc. 4 miles to nearest bigger town but bus stop 10 mins walk.

East mids
3 bedroom semi detached with garden and double drive £750 a month.
Expecting it to go up a bit in the next couple of months.

Our 4 bed semi in London would be £3,800 to rent a month.
