when do we get the 100 fairer share?

They are guna announce re profits and if they are doing that this yr soon - tax yr just ended

Joint account here - we also got 2 lots of £50! We were just expecting £50 in total so that’s a nice surprise.

I have a personal account and a joint account, and got £50 in each. Though the joint account one might have been for DP.

Me and my DC all got it today. My 14 yr old (ASD) is very confused as to why they're saying thank you to him 😂 but is busy planning a trip to the Warhammer shop!

15 year old DS was delighted with his £50 especially as he worked yesterday and earned £50 so made £100 yesterday! I’m a little jealous 😂.

I’ve got a mortgage with them. Does it come as a cheque?

My two kids have a savings account each and an ISA each with Nationwide, both have had money added in the past few months. But I didn't get £50 in their account.

Anyone know if they should have got the £50?

DH and I received ours yesterday. £50 each into our joint account.

I have had my current account & ISAs with Nationwide for decades. They forgot they were supposed to be a mutual for a few years and took away a lot of the points of difference between them & the big banks, eg free foreign currency from ATMs. But the current leadership have started to behave like a mutual again with the ‘fairer share’ payments. It’s very welcome, but also not before time.

Lucky buggers. I've got a sole account and a joint account and got 50 into the joint account. Looks like we will be sharing 😁

Does the other account holder have another Nationwide account? They might have got one in there and the joint one is yours!

DH and I have a joint mortgage and we both got a letter. Does that mean we'll both get £50 or only one x £50 as it's only one account?

It's per person so dh and I both got a payment

I figured it was per person because they sent us individual letters? We have a Nationwide mortgage but not a bank acc. Assume it'll be a cheque.

I think it’s taxable, in the same way as the fairer share payment

I thought its a dividend like payment

They told us (in the letter) that it would be paid directly into the account our mortgage payment came from. We also only have a mortgage, so I wasn't sure whether we'd only get one payment even though we both got letters.
