Cost of living payment. 2nd installment.

Has anyone received theirs yet? I read that it will be paid out between the 2nd and 7th September. I received the first installment but so far not received the second yet.

If you google the 2nd payment date, many newspapers are saying it will be paid by Oct 1st but if you check gov.uk it still says Autum.
Don't know where the papers are getting their info from but until it's on gov.uk I won't believe it.
Also depends if I'm entitled as I get paid the last friday of each month so can be 4 or 5 weeks so for 4 months of the year I get no UC.
Very frustrating that two people someone earning exactly the same but paid on different dates gets different UC amounts as the UC dates are fixed calendar monthly unlike wages.
