I assume they have referred to the FCA handbook CONC 7.7.4 and the need for a Regulated Credit Agreement stating the charges and conditions.

I am not sure how Castle would cope with someone standing up to her with an actual understanding of credit agreements and their enforecment (or not as the case is)
I assume she would also struggle with the FCA questioning her trying to enforce an illegal credit agreement, assuming she has not applied for one.
