Maybe it's just me, but the excessive filters on one of Castle's Insta reels make her head look disproportionately large, round and orange, a bit like a pulsating pumpkin when she talks (unless this is an acid flashback due to my- long gone, I hasten to add- misspent youth)....

Spongebobette · 05/09/2022 18:26

hope the ‘students’ have read all the T&C carefully

6.5 If you do not make any payment due to Us by the due date We reserve the right to charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 8% a year above the base lending rate from time to time of The Bank Of England plus an admin fee of £70. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay Us interest together with any overdue amount.
6.6 The total purchase price of any product/service is agreed prior to the commencement of the said service, it is further confirmed within the Order and also within these terms agreed by you prior to the commencement of any service. You acknowledge and agree to fully pay the agreed purchase price of the service/product and your obligation to it can not be changed, edited or cancelled without either written agreement from both parties or in the event of a contract breach; Any contract breaches must be investigated and be presented with substantiated evidence. For the avoidance of any doubt, if you wish to disengage or leave any service/product prior to its completion for any reason, you agree and acknowledge you are not released from your obligation to the agreed purchase price as contracted.

6.11 If any payment is beyond 30-days overdue, we reserve the right to pass the matter on to a Debt Recovery Mercantile Agency or a Solicitor in order to recover the outstanding amount due and payable. You agree and acknowledge that you shall be held solely responsible for any and all costs incurred in pursuing any overdue amounts, including but not limited to fees incurred for Our legal representation and costs incurred when seeking and enforcing County Court Judgements. You agree and acknowledge that this clause is to be considered a contractual obligation.

fromdownwest · 05/09/2022 19:05

I assume they have referred to the FCA handbook CONC 7.7.4 and the need for a Regulated Credit Agreement stating the charges and conditions.

Also
'For the avoidance of any doubt, if you wish to disengage or leave any service/product prior to its completion for any reason, you agree and acknowledge you are not released from your obligation to the agreed purchase price as contracted.'

What on earth this means is beyond me.

I just hope that if and when people do get caught, they googl them, and end up on this board.

I am not sure how Castle would cope with someone standing up to her with an actual understanding of credit agreements and their enforecment (or not as the case is)

I assume she would also struggle with the FCA questioning her trying to enforce an illegal credit agreement, assuming she has not applied for one.

They really are two absolute scum bags. Bad enough in FL< but this is a whole new level.

In addition, has anyone tried a SAR and requested their ICO details?

Does Covid have the strange side-effect of elongating your head?

Just wondering ....

She's going overboard with the photoshop, she looks anorexic in the latest photo...

Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 11:12

What does Castle mean when she says the speakers give ‘huge huge value’ I wonder

Angrymum22 · 06/09/2022 13:26

Just did a bit of background on their arts and crafts coach. She has qualifications in reading Auras among other things. But essentially has worked for a series of high street names as a retail assistant. I haven't found any of her art work so far but I will carry on looking

Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 13:36

The nauseating Ninja

so much hype
it’s all hype, all of it.

draw back the curtain and there’s nothing there

Angrymum22 · 06/09/2022 13:37

Yep, quick look at her Instagram and her talent definitely leans heavily towards con artist than fine artist. Considering she is trying to sell herself as a coach there are only 3 examples of her work on view.

Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 14:01

And she runs a B&B

Ladiva1971 · 06/09/2022 14:35

Oki Right..............

fromdownwest · 06/09/2022 14:42

Fierce latest live.
Lip smacking apart, it was a load of nothing.
constant set goal conversations
but never how to achieve them

it is absolute waffle

Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 15:07

I have set a goal to earn a million in 6 weeks

wow that was easy. Where’s my money

Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 15:46

Oh dammit I forgot to MANIFEST it

Twentytwentyhindsight · 06/09/2022 16:28

That's pretty much where my ex ended up after being passed around the various mindset coaches and still not getting the promised success.
Absolutely nothing about practical steps to achieve the goals (apart from keep pestering everybody you know or meet until they tell you to fuck off).
Basically, you keep your dream/goal board in a prominent place and keep on saying your gratitudes in front of it at 6 in the morning until the universe manifests...
To all those that deny the cultish element...

YouOKHun · 06/09/2022 17:49

Yawn is going back to school - eekkk! For the princely sum of £147 she will be studying diet and nutrition at the Centre of Certificate Printing. I had a look at the syllabus and while it may have some information for some people who want to look at their own diet, which is fine, though who knows what the quality of information is like, it’s an altogether different thing when the course is telling you you’ll be an “accredited” “practitioner”.

I know the psychological aspect is my thing but I find it disturbing that nowhere in this course does it mention eating disorders and how to spot the possible signs and what to do (nothing, they need properly qualified intervention). Given the complicated relationship many have with food, and the number of people who have serious problems I find it pretty scary that the Yawns of this world could be dabbling in this area and in Yawn’s case, selling them the C9 or that other bogus cleanse thingy, very likely choosing to overlook some red flags. At the moment she’s “sharing her journey” but soon she will be dishing out all kinds of advice on the back of a couple of hours of online study.

OP posts:
Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 18:00

Yes it’s one of those online click through a few slides and print a certificate at the end things

FloellaDeVille · 06/09/2022 18:01

Did you know, says Yawn on her FB stories, that an extra £500 a month is over £6000 a year?
No Yawn. It's not. It's EXACTLY £6000 a year. Perhaps maths would be a better course of study than diet/nutrition.

Maybe I'm being harsh and it's Covid brain fog?

I note she's officially done with Covid after three days, which consisted mainly of pumping out "guides" on how to lose weight when you're ill (including "drink ALL the Aloe" and "eat EVERYTHING you fancy").
She seems to have celebrated her recovery by hitting the town for a lovely meal with Mr Yawn. So much for "try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 5 days", eh?

Spongebobette · 06/09/2022 18:01

She’s just posted that she was ‘carrying a whole litre of excess water’

what does that even mean

BSintolerant · 06/09/2022 18:51

Perhaps her bladder was full? She’s another one who’s all wind and no piss.

SnoogyWoo · 06/09/2022 19:31

Or all piss

Twentytwentyhindsight · 06/09/2022 22:51

She's been taking it for long enough.

BSintolerant · 07/09/2022 00:05

😆🤣

Spck · 07/09/2022 05:10

Do we think C and F are going to make people keep paying if they want to leave? They have said on a lot of lives that you can cancel anytime.

FloellaDeVille · 07/09/2022 06:30

On their "benefits of entrepeneursity" poster one of the lines reads "lock in £39 per month for life"... is that a benefit or a threat?!

AceSpades54321 · 07/09/2022 16:45

Sorry I’m clueless! What is MLM Bot Watch 72?
