I am finding now thought that Herbalife is getting a bit more popular. A friend of mine who has a reasonably senior management job has been sucked in and I’m very surprised.

Castle had a family party yesterday with over 30 people in the garden (and in the house by default). The 30 people rule still applies in Wales (I've checked) but obviously you're exempt if you are related to Castle (or are her live in PT)

Herbalife seems to be on the increase here too. The boot camps with free products before and after are starting up again. A friend has just started a healthy eating/diet regime with them as well 🙄

Castle is clearly on an expensive health kick. Personal trainer, own gym, free childcare (mum) but I'm guessing she'll tell us it was the fatbusters that did it.... ffs.

And won't book a holiday because of her weight. That is such a terrible thing to say. Such a shot mentality. If you're fat, you don't deserve a holiday.
