To be honest, the requirements for passport photo countersignatories are pretty easy to meet nowadays (I got the landlord of my local to do mine last time I needed it).
Apart from knowing the person for two years, you have to either work in (or be retired from) a recognised profession' (and the list is pretty wide and comprehensive, including pub landlords, but not MLM bots), or 'be a person of good standing in your local community' (again, a fairly broad definition, which would include pretty much everyone in my neighbourhood apart from the tosser who doesn't pick up his dog's shit when he thinks no one's watching).
The fact that finding such a person in his circle is challenging says a lot about Broke...
