Anyone on grasshopper on appen? Is there any work?
I keep getting emails from them to take the test, but don't want to be reading the guidelines only for me to fail or no work being available.

I think December will be a crap month for me - no content on any of my Appen projects and Crisp is pretty quiet. I'm keeping busy packing as I'm hopefully moving in January :)

Congrats to new Crispers, jump in with both feet and it will soon become a lot easier.

@YourOpinionIsNoted when you get the email back about passing it just says no more than 2 wrong and then mine told me to re-read the body image guidelines so I assume the ones I got wrong were those. I’m sure you’ll be fine.

Looks like the Appen Malta projects are finishing. Quite enjoyed them. Lasted much longer than I thought, so happy days. No Crisp log ins yet but I'm really looking forward to getting started. The quiet time has let me get my accounts sorted and get more organised. Love this thread. What a difference it's made. 3 cheers for Otterses and everyone else for their help.

@SNISR I've had an email to say that one set of the ghopper tasks have finished and I haven't had any work on it at all for a few days.

All my other queues are empty too. I currently have 20 active processes...

@MoreMoneyPlease I'll give it a miss them as reading the guidelines and doing the tests are so time consuming.
I'm already on innari c and have both forester ones to start so can do without this one I think.

I am two weeks into crisp and loving it. I took it slowly at first and emailed to ask for clarification if i still wasn’t sure after reading the guidance. They always get back to advise you but it may take up to a day. I have emailed them about five times so far. Got much quicker by the end of the week.

Crisp people - did you just wait to hear from them after doing your initial test, or did you chase it up or reapply? It sounds so good!

Hi all, could anyone who does crisp advise? I am having some problems getting paid this month... how long does it normally take for a bank transfer to be processed after the invoice is sent? And do you normally receive a confirmation when the payment has been processed? pm me if you like. Thanks x

BlackCatFan Bank transfer from Crisp takes longer than Paypal. Off the top of my head it's normally in by about 20th.

@CatHopeful thanks.. I sent mine yesterday so I don't think it'll have time to clear by the 20th.. I've had issues with the PayPal invoice so I've requested a bank transfer instead.. I think Christmas will affect the processing time 😔

@MoreMoneyPlease I have been waiting since June and nothing yet. I think you can re-apply but not sure it makes a difference. Just have to keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best! Has anyone heard from them this week? I am still hoping I might get that elusive email before Xmas!

Yep looks like a lot of Appen projects are ending for now. Unsure whether they will start up again at a later date. I passed the exam for one of the longer term projects, had to study over 150 pages of guidelines, I found the exam quite difficult and pretty tricky so I really hope all the hard study was worth it.

I passed the Crisp test in May but have heard nothing further. I may try redoing the test after Christmas as a couple of posters said after doing that they quickly got work

@Rubyduby26 It was around a week for Cloudworkers for me . Just did my training yesterday but that was nearly 2 weeks wait for that.

I'm an agent and I have spoken to some great people!

So good to see so many people doing so well!

I am on day 5 of my first 7 days with Crisp (Monitoring only). I am slightly terrified that I have made too many mistakes... there was one I was unsure of so I emailed them and they came back and told me that what I had thought was right was actually wrong. Unfortunately whilst waiting for guidance it came up about 30 times (retweets) so I know for a fact that I have got it wrong 30 times. I also have made two definite errors due to sausage fingers.

So yeah, very worried that at the end of the 7 days they are going to fire me I am getting so much better and faster though, so hopefully they will take that into account.

Just did the final crisp test, sure I've got loads wrong.
