@Wolfff, thanks for your reply. Do you mean you have had to have been using the device for 30 days before or they give you instructions that you must follow for 30 days before doing the project?

Anyone else anxiously waiting for crisp statements? It'd be so nice to be paid before Christmas! 😩

@mumofone2019 it definitely gets easier over time. I've only been doing it a month, but feel much more confident now (I stick to monitoring).

I asked loads of questions when I started (copied the ID numbers and emailed all together at the end of the day).

I don't know if that drove them crazy (I asked a lot of questions 😂) but that was the only way I could learn.

Just been invited to the second part of the audio validation on Neevo. I am going to try and really hit it as I need the money for Christmas. I managed 14,200 on the first lot and what to do at least double that this time

The neevo audio validation part 2 keeps us playing up for me. I do a few and then it just loads. I have to close and go back in to it. Rather annoying.

Anyone having problems with the right hand pane on SRT not scrolling? Or anyone know how to fix it? I have emailed them but they take a loooooong time to reply.

@TheLolaMontez I was on the project and recall about a week and a half of work before it finished. Will update when I get on tonight to see if it's restarted.

I'm a bit annoyed with Neevo.. it's been 3 weeks since I finished the voice recording and phone call tasks and I haven't been paid. I've messaged them and they haven't replied. I'm assuming I'll be paid after the tasks are finished but I thought they already had I'm sure it'll come through eventually.. just could do with the £.

I've had an email about being the agent for the calls with Neevo. Can anyone advise on what it's like please. I was the customer last week now they want me to be the agent. It sounds really scary.
I know @StudentHelp did it recently. Any feedback welcome.

@justtheonethen hmm ok.. Keep emailing them, that's quite a long time. I've been asked to do the agent calls but I don't think I'll bother if we can't be sure we'll be paid

I can't get the Neevo audio validating tasks to work. It just keeps repeating the same one over and over even if I go back to the dashboard. Is anyone else having the same problem?

@lynsey91, I had that problem too. I had to log out and back in again a few times. Bit of a faff but it seems to do the trick.
