Let's try not to fill this one up too quickly Grin

I think everyone had an absolutely smashing month in June, with lots of luck thrown in at the end of it for good measure. I think we're all proving it's possible you can earn £10 a day from the comfort of your own sofa.

I'll pop together an updated list of earning methods later, I haven't had coffee yet Grin

All new joiners are welcome Smile

@anxiouswaiting I got the mails for Slack, Humanity and Atlassian on the Thursday and the link for the tool on Friday.
Today is my start day. I just need to suck it up and step onto it. LOL

TheLolaMontez · 04/07/2019 14:27

I have very little motivation today, I am sat in garden doing sweet FA Grin

GrandCannon · 04/07/2019 16:12

@anxiouswaiting I'm still waiting for the trust tool log in too - have all the others - it sounds like we are in the same batch. Hopefully we get them before the weekend.

lannister · 04/07/2019 16:18

Just recently switched my broadband to BT so on track to get £110 cashback from Quidco. If anyone wants my referral to quidco its:
www.quidco.com/raf/5518883/
For those simply looking to get or change their broadband BT are also offering up to £70 reward card & a choice of tech worth up to £179 I believe so may be worth checking. & if anyone has never heard of the Curve card its a card that stores all your cards in one & there are no international transaction fees. If you don’t have it already, you can sign up with this link: curve.page.link/Gwm2 and we both get £5

Otterses · 04/07/2019 16:30

@lannister it's a fantastic deal isn't it?

The galaxy tablet is fantastic Grin I let DS use it as it's pretty indestructible.

Thank you @margaritasbythesea and @FloofenHoofen. @waiting4arainbow I’m struggling with the crisp exam too Blush are there a lot of questions which need multiple answers? I’ve been stuck on 18 for my last 3 tries.

Elllicam · 04/07/2019 19:18

Is anyone else doing saving as well as earning? I’m cutting down bills with a pretty high success rate.

SorryDidISayThatOutLoud · 04/07/2019 20:00

Ellicam, I got 18 three times. Then I realised I didn't have to choose just ONE risk. Once I used two on a couple of them I got 19.

Elllicam · 04/07/2019 20:35

I just got it :) how long does it usually take to get work from them?

dimsum123 · 04/07/2019 23:16

Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can work out what it is you're all talking about please? I haven't read the full thread from the beginning but am hoping there might be a summary somewhere?

I'd really like to join in but at the moment it sounds like you're all speaking a foreign language!

ShinyButtons · 04/07/2019 23:27

@Elllicam I did the application test towards the end of May and they contacted me at the end of June.

Are new Crisp people still waiting for their login? I've got slack on my phone now and it's even more frustrating being able to see other people doing stuff.

Although I have no idea what anyone on slack is talking about I'm hoping it's one of those things that become clear as you go along.

Sparklfairy · 04/07/2019 23:31

Most of the slack chat is for people doing 'specialist' shifts, and don't apply to us newbies. Basically there are other queues with different moderation requirements which people can book shifts for (usually an hour at a time) and have to announce their arrival/leaving at the beginning and end of each shift.

SorryDidISayThatOutLoud · 05/07/2019 00:21

Am I the only new Crisper who thinks they are not doing it correctly? I am sure I am missing stuff. Or maybe I just think it isn't a risk and I should be being tougher?!

Otterses · 05/07/2019 06:02

@dimsum123

Also a good list of sites we started using earlier in the year Smile

March Earn £10 a day thread ! http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/legalmoneyy_matters/3520816-march-earn-10-a-day-thread#85259789

How much do you want to earn/time do you have to spare? That'll help us point you in the best direction for you.

@SorryDidISayThatOutLoud

The shift supervisor or manager will contact you on slack if you've made an error Grin stay calm!

Otterses · 05/07/2019 06:29

@Elllicam

My orgininal aim for this was to use the extra income as savings, but now it's actually going to be supporting us while I retrain Smile some will still go into savings, just not all of it.

I've saved a good amount on our broadband, house insurance, etc. Trying in vain to meal plan too to save a bit more.

It's all a bit moot though Grin as the money I've saved by switching to cheaper deals, I've been spending on more environmentally friendly products like Splosh and shampoo bars.

OP posts:
dimsum123 · 05/07/2019 07:32

@Otterses, I thought I'd start with the £10 a day and hopefully work up from there.

Timewise I probably have 2 hours a day.

Thanks for the link, will start reading.

Otterses · 05/07/2019 08:15

@dimsum123

2 hours a day is heaps of time!

I'd really recommend registering with Crisp Thinking and ModSquad - that could easily earn you £20+ in that two hour slot. Both are website moderation work you can dip in and out of, so no need to sit for a solid two hours.

Have you ever tried oh my dosh? An easy £100 to be made there. Good if you want to look into starting matched betting and need some capital to get started.

I'm on £132 so far for the month at just four days in Grin I've been sticking to 'out of work' hours so I feel prepared for next week.

DorothyHarris · 05/07/2019 08:33

Place marking to come back later...skint af atm but lots of time to work from home (3 small children)

Otterses · 05/07/2019 09:34

@DorothyHarris then you're certainly in the right place Grin I've earned enough from home the last couple of months to in theory, justify not going back to work.

OP posts:
anxiouswaiting · 05/07/2019 09:52

Is anyone already doing Modsquad? Seen it mentioned a few times now but can't find very much info about it.

Keeping my fingers crossed that I might get my Crisp tool login today.

Otterses · 05/07/2019 09:56

@anxiouswaiting no. It's similar to crisp though RWT working when you want, etc. Smile

MrsWombat · 05/07/2019 10:01

I've had my first big Appen invoice approved (around £200 after fees and currency conversion) and also my first week of not getting any negative comments in my feedback. Blush Also starting to get paid for my admin work.

I've been trying to sort out my finances, invoices, and receipts for the tax man, and have also just signed up for ModSquad as Crisp is taking too long!

Blessthekids · 05/07/2019 10:33

@mrswombat I've also applied to ModSquad and received a confirmation that they are reviewing my application. Fingers crossed.
