9dartfinish2nd you’re absolutely right about the top bots being in cahoots with the biznizz mentors.

15 years ago when I was in Bloodsuckers downline there was an annual weekend that you just had to go to with an American mentor. £450 a ticket. They wrote a book together. Must have been a massive money spinner for them both.

Just remembered. At the weekend I attended, you were encouraged to book there and then then for the next year. But please don’t book multiple tickets if you can’t ell them to your team. A couple of hours later and we are all applauding the couple who say they’re so inspired by this weekend that they’ve booked for themselves, and bought 5 more tickets as a start for the team they’ll be bringing this time next year!

Wonder if they sold em.

Spongebobette · 01/05/2019 20:49

So awful, the ways they find to rinse the plebs

Twentytwentyhindsight · 01/05/2019 20:54

I also wonder how much trade Uber has sent Dodgy O'Conman's way.

darceybussell · 01/05/2019 21:08

I'm a bit confused by some of the ex-bots-turned-business-coaches. I have had a look at a couple and they seem very keen to tell you how much money they're making. What's that about? Are they actually in a new coaching MLM and bragging in order to bring new people in? Is it a hangover from their MLM days and they just can't let go of the habit? Do they think it makes people more likely to buy their coaching services? What's going on there?

In any normal business you'd put clients off by telling them you're making a fortune. For example in lots of industries business owners will choose a cheaper, more sensible car so that clients don't think they're making too much money and aren't put off! Why would the client pay your extortionate fee just so that you can brag about it on Facebook and then spend it on expensive holidays?

The relationship between the shills and the likes of Dr Brain O'Wash reminds me of this song:

My grandpa sells condoms to sailors
He pierces the end with a pin
My grandma does backstreet abortions
My God, how the money rolls in!

It's a hangover from the MLM days. The only 'business advice' (and I use the term very loosely) they know is attraction marketing.

There was one particularly buttock clenching moment when my OH was telling my Dad (who was a founding partner in a European consulting firm that employed a dozen high paid researchers, and provided work for at least thirty even higher paid consultants, providing services for major international institutions) that he knew nothing about social media marketing, as he did not post pictures of nice holidays, cars and houses on FB.

She, in the meantime, was earning fuck all with FLP, but described herself as an international business owner and mentor...

Twentytwentyhindsight · 01/05/2019 21:21

If he had, any of his clients would have thought 'what a wanker', and gone elsewhere.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 01/05/2019 21:29

@BSintolerant Grin

Jigsawpuzzle · 01/05/2019 21:39

Life Coaches takes me back to when I used to do internet competitions. They used to have them as prizes. I did not enter as I thought I don’t need one. I did win a holiday to Italy once and a racing car day for DH.

SnoogyWoo · 01/05/2019 22:01

Yawn has found an old tenner, think she will be needing that soon!

BSintolerant · 01/05/2019 22:06

She can add it to her collection of old cheques.

Is she now into money laundering?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 01/05/2019 22:14

I expect there are a lot of former FLP top bots scrabbling down the back of their sofas every time a bill becomes due these days...

Ladiva1971 · 01/05/2019 22:16

Amazing same as Welshbot found £75 in a jacket she hadn't worn in 2 years, even the thou the £5 and £10 notes were the new ones, I was so inspired by this post I managed to dive into the crevices of my sofa and find 15p!! However I was gutted to learn that the 5p I found was withdrawn from circulation in 1990!!

willdoitinaminute · 01/05/2019 22:28

I cleared out my wardrobe on Monday and filled two large big bags, I had no idea you have to post this event on FB so that you can make even more money from your downline. Damn, I took it all to the local charity shop. There was some bloody good stuff in there.
I can’t believe the depths they stoop to in order to push C9. Quite a subliminal post trying to make out that you can drop from a size 16 to a size 12 in a matter of days!

Spongebobette · 01/05/2019 22:31

To be a successful top bot you have to learn to use every single thing in your like as an opportunity to show off on FB

Look at me standing outside my house
Look at my small child
Look at my collection of empty boxes pretending to be new orders
Look at my pets

Look look look

Spongebobette · 01/05/2019 22:33

Ladiva1971 · 01/05/2019 22:36

It can take at least 5-10 weeks to drop down 1 size, so I call B/S on that.

Ladiva1971 · 01/05/2019 22:41

Forgot to add that a dress size is 10-15lb so it is impossible to lose 20-30lb in 4 days

Spongebobette · 01/05/2019 22:45

It’s all bullshit

gotmychocolateimgood · 02/05/2019 03:09

Spongebobette sums up the entire Mlm movement in 3 words 😁

Perthsmurf · 02/05/2019 05:58

An interesting pay discrepancy between Supervisor Bot’s upline and the new bestie mate who sent her flowers (who apparently runs a global company?).

Upline says she makes another 3% for reaching supervisor, presumably that’s in commission so not a guaranteed level amount each month. Global Flower Bot says Supervisor Bot now makes £500 extra per month, which is way more than 3% of the sales from Supervisor Bot, given that she was dancing with joy because her order was 2 boxes of gloop.

Someone is telling porkie pies, or does selling 2 boxes of gloop really equate to a monthly income of over £15,000???

They are such a bunch of liars. I include Supervisor Bot in that because she bought her own promotion, that is obvious Angry

Norma27 · 02/05/2019 07:33

Yawn has definitely gone down to a size 12. She has implied it so it must be true.

SnoogyWoo · 02/05/2019 10:11

Cheques from 2014 now lol

Jigsawpuzzle · 02/05/2019 10:49

I note when the bots do a live that they repeat a lot of what has been said a minute ago, play with their hair, get distracted by kids/pets/ friends. At the end nothing of use has actually been said despite all the TRAINING. Whilst I don’t expect them to be like a newsreader informing us of the latest tragedy , political scandal. They are amateurs.
Yawn no stress on the kids. Whilst you party 🎉
Uber your life story would be ideal to get the grandkids to sleep
