OMG that video!

Norma27 · 29/04/2019 16:47

I must buy all the c9 and f15 my credit card will allow NOW. The results are obviously so amaze balls!

gotmychocolateimgood · 29/04/2019 17:05

Is yawn's video on her profile page?

spanfan · 29/04/2019 17:13

That video is literally incredible. 😂😂😂

She is a Billy bullshitter... And lies far too easily for my liking.

In 4 days she has bought new clothes she's "so much thinner* 😂
Her nails are stronger (she's had her latest fakes for weeks) 😂
Her has grown so much her roots are showing... (They have been for weeks)
She's not going to go crazy in Stockholm. (Probs true as it's fricking expensive!) 😂
She's made habits for like (4 days) 😂

It's a comedy... 😂😂😂😂😂

leasedaudi · 29/04/2019 17:15

Really? Dropped a size in four days? Really!? Who believes this shite.

fromdownwest · 29/04/2019 17:31

This whole C9 fascination has a nasty undertone to it. Empowering women by feeling that the only way ot be happy it to starve yourself for 9 days.

A true health and well being coach would be teaching the benefits of a sensible calorie deficit diet that is manageable long term. We don't need to detox, as most people have perfectly good kidneys and liver for that function.

Exercise is crucial, and some of the 'advice' that they provide is comical. One of the top bots, is currently showing her road to a new post child body, and the form in her video workouts are shocking. If you are going to teach people how to do an exercise, make sure your form is on point to start.

On the above point, making new tired, exhausted and probably devoid of sufficient nutrition mum's feel like they should be working out in the 'windows' of time they have is not a heathly thing to promote. The whole look at how quick I got back in shape is really not on.

acatcalledjohn · 29/04/2019 17:48

Commodore level Grin

That's why they're Sleazy
Sleazy like hunbots scamming

Whiterangey · 29/04/2019 17:56

I starved myself for much longer than 4 days. It didn't change my life, it didn't make me happier.

It made me severely underweight and I didn't spend £100 on a shitty C9.

Young female eyes are watching her, watching her starve herself and obsess about how thinner is best and not being thin is a bad bad thing.

Yawn will put on whatever she had lost shortly after she arrives in Stockholm.

Whiterangey · 29/04/2019 18:03

She said she made a vegetable stir fry and didn't crave all that nasty stiff like chicken. Having no protein with your meals is healthy eating?

She really has no morals and the difference between the filtered selfie and the video is huge.

Spongebobette · 29/04/2019 18:05

There’s a lot of nostalgic posting going on by Forever Living bots, cheques and trips from years ago
Yawn and Castle are fatter than they were in these photos....what was that about C9s changing your eating habits?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 29/04/2019 18:09

The overuse of filters on the bots' pictures is hilarious. I sometimes wonder if they do it to avoid ever being recognised in the flesh. There was one a while back of Mr & Mrs Yawn where it looked like they were morphing into each other.

Jasmin82 · 29/04/2019 18:26

Found the podcast that was recorded on Friday:
www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p077t076

acatcalledjohn · 29/04/2019 18:38

She's getting 1200-1500 calories but claims to not be starving herself.

I'm losing weight on > 2000 calories, and I am slimmer than Yawn. Just a bit of calorie counting, no shakes required. Hell, my BMR is over 1500, with a TDEE generally around 2400-2500.

But Yawn, you are starving yourself. 1200-1500 calories is fine for someone who is tiny. You, however, aren't tiny. And that's fine, but FFS, don't starve yourself! Tailor your calories to you, not to some number based on people smaller than you.

It took only four days to cure herself from being a bread-, cheese-, pastaholic. Righty-ho. I get to eat all of those things. I get to eat chocolate. None of them are evil, Yawn, especially not chicken and prawns! Stop demonising perfectly normal foods, that's one way of starting eating disorders.

And don't promote the bell end that is Joe Wicks

Twentytwentyhindsight · 29/04/2019 19:10

I often wonder whether some of the top FLP bots actually bother really doing the C9 themselves anymore.

They've been pushing it for long enough to know that any results are extremely short lived, and it is ridiculously expensive for what is essentially a starvation diet, so why bother with the aggravation and expense?

The point is to get your downlines and customers forking out for it - surely it's easier just to post stock pictures of the C9 and some low calorie dishes, while eating as normal. No one will be any the wiser, it's not as though they are above a bit of being 'creative' with the truth the rest of the time.

ticktock19 · 29/04/2019 19:30

@acatcalledjohn I've recently signed up for the James Smith Academy and EVERYTHING you have just said is what he and Diren say all day long. #CFD Is such a logical and simple way of looking at food and not demonising anything, enjoying quality and tasty food but keeping an eye on quantities and keeping your movement up too not necessarily exercising crazily. I've been caught up in mlm fad eating disasters all my adult life and learning that breaking all the nonsense down and ignoring all the showy rubbish that they spout has quite literally been life changing. I also like that James hates mlms as much as we do.

leasedaudi · 29/04/2019 19:37

I seriously doubt Yawn or the other bots actually do the c9. She takes a photo of nice healthy meal. Eats that followed by a second meal (she admitted she was lining up some porridge as a snack after dinner the other night). Maybe had a shake or maybe just uploads a photo from the last c9. Later in the c9 will upload photos of 600 calorie meals, but not photograph the other food taken during the day. After the non existent c9 will
upload some filtered before and afters.

Uber has actually done the hard graft and is eating well and looks terrific.

DownThePan · 29/04/2019 19:49

How many C9s have the top bots done in the past year? If you need to do it more than once, then it hasn't reset your whole mindset about healthy living and making the right choices.

acatcalledjohn · 29/04/2019 20:02

@ticktock19 Their best pieces of advice are:

Calorie Fucking Deficit
NeatUp247

You don't need C9/C15s, saran wraps, glucomannan, shakes, pills, or any of the other shite the MLMs try to convince us we need.

Eat less, move more. It is that simple.

gotmychocolateimgood · 29/04/2019 20:06

It's all complete crap.

Cleansing
Resetting
Balancing
Aligning
Revitalising
Rebooting

Ingesting aloe vera has no proven benefits. Starving your body is damaging. Cleanses don't work as they are based on bad science. Willpower and moderation get results.

Arrrrgh

acatcalledjohn · 29/04/2019 20:09

Christ, yes, don't get me started on her claim that all the toxins around her fat cells have now gone.

That doesn't mean anything. It's nothing other than nonsense word vomit.

SnoogyWoo · 29/04/2019 20:15

Would hate to follow Yawn into the toilet after she is getting rid of all those toxins!

Plus she will have to live forever to pay back all the debts Grin

Whiterangey · 29/04/2019 20:19

Got to disagree about Uber she doesn't look fantastic because of the hard work she had put in, she just looks thinner. There was never anything wrong with her body before.

She is also still an arsehole.

Whiterangey · 29/04/2019 20:30

It's all about parting the most vulnerable with their money.

If you need any more evidence of the type of person who 'has what it takes' to reach the top level of the pyramid, it's the type of person who thinks putting a misprinted photo of her husband's beloved mother on display. He obviously hates it as he wants it printed with black in it but she doesn't appear to care. I would be in tears if someone thought it was acceptable to do that with a photo of my deceased parent, it would be horrible.

Of course she doesn't care who she had to emotionally and financially rin to get what she wants when she doesn't even care about her own husband.

Norma27 · 29/04/2019 20:34

I agree whiterangey. I knew Uber for years up until just after she started forever shite.
She has always had a decent figure and is maintaining it now by exercising and eating well. Not because of the shitty c9.
She has always also thought she is better than everyone else and is still an arsehole.

Norma27 · 29/04/2019 20:37

I agree about the picture too. We lost my stepdad tragically in December. He was knocked down and killed ( I want to state a tragic accident tho and the driver wasn’t at fault either). My mum and brother would be furious if I bulldozed over their wishes the way yawn does.
