windy you have to do 4cc (at least 1cc must be retail) to get paid on your team. You dont have to do any minimum requirements for bonuses on retail

SSDGM · 31/08/2017 22:42

If mr lipbot has actually got the proper JOB he has on his profile he will be earning a decent whack for the area they live in and will have a company car etc, so that's where most of it is from, I'm sure.

JingleJangleBell · 31/08/2017 22:50

Could someone PM me with the names too please? Thanks

WindyTriller · 31/08/2017 23:36

TheRealBarnbot · 31/08/2017 23:43

This is a screenshot from a typical post from binarybirkenheadbot's fb page a couple of days ago.

Interesting to see on the advert boasting of various medical claims i.e. enzymes that "control the speed of chemical reactions on your body" Hmm, sounds like a medical claim to me as it states that it "causes changes in the body's cells" and leads to, among other things "breakdown of fats, carbs and better nutritional absorption".

Then I have enlarged and copied the disclaimer which states "the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease" and they have "not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration".

So, therefore there is no evidence that they do anything Grin. Can't say that we haven't been warned, eh?

@TheRealBarnbot what's your day care plan? I saw something about an emphasis on costs pushing parents out of work.

I've arranged for my two small ones to go to nursery 2 days a week, school hours.

I looked at their price list and for me to send them both mon - fri 8am - 6pm it would cost £2,600 a month Shock

Add to that my eldest one's before/after school and half term the monthly total would be £3200 a MONTH

TheRealBarnbot · 01/09/2017 08:25

@mishfish 8am - 6am including meals and nappies etc £35 a day. We are in Hertfordshire though where daycare can cost up to £370 a week!! Hence why so many end up in mlm in the first place. Thats one of the main reasons people gave when approaching me about flp xx

rayofhope2 · 01/09/2017 08:35

Barnbot off topic but well done for you day on Wednesday, random question, how much do the govt give settings per hour to cover the 30hrs funding? I was just reading a piece how lots of nurseries will close in a year as they'll be losing money.

On topic, I see isagenix is now popping up more, a few valentus ones I know of, have jumped to there. It is really big in Australia

mishfish · 01/09/2017 09:23

@TheRealBarnbot only a 40 minute drive! Bugger!

TheRealBarnbot · 01/09/2017 09:28

@rayofhope2 funding is different depending on area but our funding works out to be a bit more than our rate so wont necessarily affect us. It will cripple most smaller settings though.

cafeaulaitpourvous · 01/09/2017 09:35

I charge an hourly rate and I only charge what hours parents book - so 7:30 - 3:30 ... charged 8 hours. Not a fixed day.
The LA funding is 20p an hour less than I charge.
I expect parents to provide nappies. Everything else I provide.
My ratios are lower than the govt rules. I am one adult:2 children under 4.

I have a 2:1 in early years education...

WindyTriller · 01/09/2017 09:36

@TheRealBarnbot sorry another question please... how much do you have to sell for a CC and how many CCs do you get for a new person signing up?

TheRealBarnbot · 01/09/2017 09:43

@windytriller not sure what it is now but it was £235 retail price (roughly £160 wholesale) = 1cc. It was 2cc per sign up but changed to 1.1 (dont quote me as cant remember exactly)

We were paid on cc's at retail price so as a manager a team total of 50cc was worth roughly £1,000 give or take depending on whether you had car plan and how many managers in downline etc. I had 170cc in june 2015 and that paid £4,900 that month so slightly more.

fitgirl26 · 01/09/2017 15:57

TheRealBarnbot · 01/09/2017 16:29

SSDGM · 01/09/2017 17:43

WindyTriller · 01/09/2017 20:47

@TheRealBarnbot thanks for all the info!

BSintolerant · 01/09/2017 21:04

therealbarnbot am I right in thinking that the car plan is FL parlance for a leased car? And why is white such a popular colour for botmobiles?

cozietoesie · 01/09/2017 21:10

That is something (the colour) that has always fascinated me.

spanfan · 01/09/2017 21:38

As I expected the Xerveo bots are Very Very Very Very excited.

I've not worked out if they've actually earnt ANYTHING. But not to worry... They have car plan

It's v v v v exciting

TheRealBarnbot · 01/09/2017 22:32

bs no its just an extra amount every month so level one is an extra £263 you can do what you want with it its just called car plan as most use it to pay for a car. I was gonna buy £263 worth of gin every month!!! 😂😂
