It's the business presentation where they show average earnings. Average manager earnings are now reduced from £2k per month to £1.2k per month!!!

Are those audited, Dora? And if so, are they gross or net?

PS - and what constitutes a 'manager'? (As opposed to an ordinary adherent.)

Should I be forwarding this bots name to someone? Was it Timeless Vie or Botwatch who contact the bot about making claims like this?

I've already forward it to timeless vie and made a complaint to the asa but I would encourage others to do the same.

Sponge, Forever Living don't provide an income disclosure statement. Not even in Canada where it is the law to do so.

No mrs it is a different bot but the same post word for word. So someone (obviously) is telling them to write it.

Hmm. 5x more effective than glucosamine and chondroitin..which from what I can read both seem to have limited effectiveness if any at all.

The Average Income Disclosure docs are a good start, but all they tell you is what the company has paid out, not what distributors/victims have spent. So the Income Disclosure will tell you that 93% of ACTIVE participants 'earned' an average of say $600 per month, but it won't tell you that the business expenses of that 93% were $700 per month. In short, it gives you gross income, before you take off any tax & NI, minimum product purchase, travel costs, mobile & broadband costs, training fees, literature, marketing, website... etc etc etc

And as was rightly pointed out, neither FL or Younique has ever produced one. If you google [MLM Name] Average Income Statement 2015 you will find most of the others.

I don't actually know if they're audited. But that income is gross so still need to send some to the tax man.

And a manager is someone who teaches the manager position on the marketing plan. But once you've got there your income can grow or reduce depending on your team so that's why they have to give an average

Ah balls. Step mum of my stepson in law (does that make sense?) has just added me to her Acti labs pages. Her other stepson's wife is the bot who set my bot warning dectector off a few weeks ago so she's clearly been recruited. I'm torn between removing myself from the groups or staying in them to see 1) how long she lasts or 2) if she makes any claims she shouldn't.
Shame really, she doesn't strike me as the bot type.

No, met her a my stepdaughter's wedding to her stepson a few weeks ago for the first time and she seems nice enough. It's likely I'll see her again because of the grandkids.
