We have our own regularly returning bots to tell us how bullying and hateful we are.

Glossary:

Bots: our affectionate name for victims of the MLM racket

MLM: Multi-level Marketing schemes - essentially pyramid schemes that are just legal because you sell a product. Reliant upon constant recruitment despite there not being enough people in the world to go beyond about 12 levels if everyone recruited 6.

Downline/Upline: the people you recruited and those who recruited you (going up and down the pyramid inverted funnel)

Timeless Vie: Parody of MLM schemes (though you might spot one in particular) that also carries out fearless investigative work

Hommetrepreneur: also excellent parody site focussing on the menz

BotWatch: Rather more serious, keeps an eye on what the Bots are claiming next, particularly in reference to health and income claims. Also fearless.

Inverted Funnel: Timeless Vie is NOT a pyramid - it's an inverted Funnel, OK?

Eyes: Our former member Eyespying who knows LOTS about MLM schemes. He's still our very own #manhun.

Did anyone watch 'The truth about healthy eating' last night with Fiona Phillips? It was very interesting. They showed that detox diets, super foods, vitamin supplements all did nothing towards making you any healthier. In fact, most of these things never even increased levels of vitamins in your blood. Eating a normal healthy diet was the best thing. I wonder if any JP or FL bots were watching it with horror or if they decided their products must be different?

There was a study done in the seventies (its quite famous) on iron absorbtion. One thing discovered, not sure it was even the purpose of the study, was that people absorb more nutrients when its a proper meal, that they recognise, than when its liquidised into a shake. Think it was 30% more.
My friend has been drinking the FL gel for about a year and has been seeing a nutritionist as shes not getting enough of certain vitamins, so that works too, then.

I didn't see it but it's apparently on BBC iplayer so I'll try to catch it later. Thanks for the tip.

I too have a FL bot in my face book, I sent her the timelessvie link yesterday and she said no thanks, I just love my products too much...Interesting as she is the perfect person they prey on, she is an NHS worker who has just finished maternity leave, I went to school with her about 25 years ago and one day she just popped up on my FB and sent me the HI HUN!!!!! followed by a dozen emojis greeting, How are you??? I have this totes amazballs business opportunity!!! How about we meet for coffee????.................I just sed I was perfectly happy in my dead end job and besides she lives about 80 miles from me!!! A bit far to pop over for coffee me thinks. I would delete her as a friend but reading this thread I just love stalking her lols,
