Horrible! it really is a 'with us or without us' culture with bots isnt it??. Have just seen a well known bots page, where someone pulled up said bot on her spelling seemingly jokingly, and then politely wished her luck with her 'new' venture. The response from the bot was extremely passive aggressive and unkind imho... Not at all dissimilar to the kind of spokesperson bot activity we get directed at us here regularly in fact! It sure left a bad taste in my mouth reading it, and I bet the poor woman on the receiving end was pretty upset....

Spelling mistakes and bad language put off potential customers - it's bad for business. If she were running a real business she'd be well aware that telling someone she didn't give a fuck is never an appropriate response.

Bots, it's simple: stationery in this context has an 'e' for 'envelope', not an 'a' for arsehole'angel'.
