SocksRock UK Bonuses are peanuts compared with the wider 'FLP' racket which has been bringing in billions of $ for decades, and must be protected at all costs. The way take-it-or leave it 'MLM' contracts are written, any contractee can excommunicated if the contractor says he/she has broken the rules, but the rules are only ever enforced if outsiders (like the media or regulators) start to smell that something very dodgy is going on, and have to be put off the scent.

It's the sight of the sun glinting in those clouds and cherry tree lower branches (Note that it's the lower branches Wink) compared to the darkness and trouble beneath.

It's almost inspiring.Grin

I'd be keen to known what private information would be delivered to them.

Trade secrets? I thought the marketing plan was out there for everyone to see?

MrGrumpy01 · 06/03/2016 22:09

Independent Business Owners that can be 'sacked' at the drop of a hat. But as they are not an employee they have no rights.

Makes your head hurt just thinking about it.

But it is no surprise they spend every many waking hour spinning plates, they know how quickly they can all fall and smash.

I wonder what "trade secrets" all our favourite top bots have been privy to.

It's a shame they've all gone in to hiding, we could have asked them Wink

Patzy85 · 06/03/2016 22:14

Thanks cubic Smile

Twunk · 06/03/2016 22:30

Eyes is that your hairy chest?

I wonder if those contracts are actually enforceable? They seem a tad unfair to me. Could they fall under unfair contract terms? I wonder if they've ever been tested in the legal system? (Seems doubtful as they go for the vulnerable)

dadandmum · 06/03/2016 22:35

I see all of my bots are seem to be selling their second properties then, my FL PregBot is currently selling their second property, clearly need to the money to fund 'the dream'

cozietoesie · 06/03/2016 22:36

Patzy

That boils down to:

'You owe us everything and we owe you nothing.'

Patzy85 Some common-sense questions to put to 'MLM' Bots are always:

Did your read, and fully-understand, the take-it-or-leave it contract, and allied terms and conditions, which you signed and which arbirarily and falsely defined you as a 'MLM distributor/business owner' etc.?

Were you advised to seek independent legal advice before you signed the misleading 'MLM' contract and accepted the allied terms and conditions?

Did you seek independent legal advice?

*What would you say was the prime motivation for your signing the 'MLM' contract without seeking independent legal advice:
To earn money?
To buy products at a discount?

-------------------

Most of this document is thought-stopping 'MLM' BS, but behind the BS it's saying that Bots are non salaried intelligence gathering agents who have to hand any potentially valuable intelligence they gather to their masters, because they do not own it. It's also saying that they can't jump ship and sign another take-it-or-leave-it contract with another MLM front company, without a delay of 12 months.

Don't expect a substantive reply, last. Smile

BlahBlahfuckingBlah · 06/03/2016 22:41

Just had a FL page shared by one of my friends show up on my FB feed, of course I had to comment and thought I'd spread the news of TV but sadly I was blocked within 2 minutes flat...I think we have them running scared TV stars Grin

Toobusytowee · 06/03/2016 22:41

I got the same sort of reply from the MHRA the other day and I hadn't had that before. Hopefully lots of people are starting to complain.

Twunk - Mystifying 'MLM' contracts aren't worth the paper they are written on, because the contractees have no say in their content and can have had no understanding of what they actually meant at the time they signed them. They are part of an overall pattern of ongoing major racketeering activity.

Toobusytowee · 06/03/2016 22:46

Has anyone else noticed their bots changing their FB settings so that comments can't be made? There's loads of dodgy posts that Bot Watch needs to speak to but can't. The only way I can think of getting their attention is to publicly put their post on the Bot Watch page. They don't like that much.

Twunk · 06/03/2016 22:50

I don't comment on any bot's ramblings because I will get blocked...

But screen-shotting is a good idea.
