MrGrumpy01 eBay might take a lot of persuading, there has been a few articles in Drapers Record (UK fashion trade press) about it.
It's not that uncommon that store workers steal items then put them on eBay as BNWT. (brand new with tags). I know River Island was unhappy about this and was trying to persuade eBay to disallow it and they got nowhere.

MrGrumpy01 · 09/02/2016 12:42

FL sound like they don't have a leg to stand on then.

RainOhJoyus · 09/02/2016 12:43

Wow that EC video at the head quarters.
Yes she looks uncomfortable.
Its a good one where she's being honest saying she works 7 days a week constantly.
I think she went into it thinking, right if I stamp on everyone I can get to the top, but why still advertising that you only need 15 hours a week? Even on her £40k if she's working 14 hour days 7 days a week then it's still not a work/life balance I want.

LikeBigBotsAndICannotLie · 09/02/2016 12:45

Regarding the ebay listings, would need to look at some of them, but even without any of the reasons suggested - unless the seller is extremely experienced with selling on ebay or at least very knowledgeable then there are loads of reasons you can get listings pulled. Lots of subheadings you can go down for reasons to report a listing. Will have a look later and go through them see how many I can find breaching rules and report.

sminkypink · 09/02/2016 12:48

why would you report FL auctions on ebay though? it's probably a lot of people trying to desperately scrape back their investment.
I think we've got to be careful to not throw too much hate out there at the bots, they are victims. Let's direct the anger in the right direction, the company owner.

sminkypink · 09/02/2016 12:49

Infact, I'd be encouraging any bot reading this to sack it off, stick your creams on ebay and get out.

LikeBigBotsAndICannotLie · 09/02/2016 12:58

Oh no, don't worry, I totally agree, there will be lots of desperate people on there trying to get their money back and that is indeed where you have to be careful. There will be those on there I suspect who are using terms not in keeping with listings as in the medical claims etc, a message warning them will likely encourage them to change the listing but there will be those who simply don't give a monkeys. Thise are people who should be targeted.

cozietoesie · 09/02/2016 13:00

As I said, I was referring to the 'embedded' sellers and not the poor souls trying to offload unwise purchases. Some of the former have customer reviews going back some time and seem to be pretty substantial. Particularly on Amazon.

sminkypink · 09/02/2016 13:02

the embedded sellers could be wayward bots,, whacking all those ccs on Amazon

sminkypink · 09/02/2016 13:03

I mean if the whole business is based on deception and they are being trained to deceive, who is to say they won't take that as far as they can

Rudechoob · 09/02/2016 13:29

Any excuse to pitch....

Eyespying, I sent you a pm, I'm only writing that here as I don't know if you will get a notification of a pm or not. Doesn't get many messages

cozietoesie · 09/02/2016 14:39

You 'should' but they're sometimes delayed so even if you have a system that 'pings' a new email in, it isn't always timely.

xenu1 · 09/02/2016 14:51

Eric Schiebeler may not have claimed a 6-figure income (he's honest, which stopped him rising higher - honest IBOs would not take the tools kickbacks). But he did the whole "blow up my alarm clock and quit the job" thang. pp 105/107 of MoD. "My alarm clock was put on an extension cord and placed on a stump in our back yard. The alarm was set and the camera zoomed in as it went off. As it sounded its annoying wake-up call, I hit it with a single blast from a shotgun [...]. The clock literally vanished. Playing this tape and recounting the story would bring cheers from crowds of distributors, [...] I went to work as usual. My coworkers were very kind and gave me a small going away party with gifts and a card that I treasured." Then he was picked up from work in a limo.

FleeBee · 09/02/2016 15:15

I read the last line of the FL pancake post as don't forget the flipping Hun Grin

Thanks, I got your message and I have replied.

Eric Scheibeler was brainwashed into allowing himself and his wife to be used in 'Amway' propaganda for 10 years. The propaganda pretended that Eric had achieved 'total financial freedom by exactly duplicating a step-by-step 100% positive plan.'

In other words, far from being honest, for 10 years, Eric Sheibeler was an 'MLM' shill Bot living a lie, but he firmly believed that he was ultimately helping everyone whom he recruited.

The ritual shooting of Eric's alarm clock and the leaving of his job in a Limo were all videoed and used in the propaganda, to deceive his own 'Downline.' Eric was programmed to withhold the truth from everyone, following the '100% positive plan.'

Eric finally confronted reality, but only after he was invited to take part in the 'tools scam.' His previous traditional sense of morality then managed to regain control of his thinking, but for a while, he was left crippled by shame and guilt.

In the end, Eric proved himself to an honest man. His main concern was to try to warn others about 'Amway.'

CubicZirconiaBossyBabe Spot on, and it's very important to understand exactly what happened to Eric Scheibeler. He is a very rare individual to have thought his way out of the labyrinth and to have tried to re-establish the truth.

Looking at the FL shill Bots in the UK, they are in essentially the same labyrinth as Eric, but I don't see one whom I think would ever have the strength of character to be able to face reality

Cubic, we can all see that. We're all figuring it out.

the endless analysis is also boring for a lot of people/lurkers, unfortunately. it's a fine line.

I mean, I'm bored right now and I bet I"m not the only one.

lastuseraccount123 · 09/02/2016 17:29

Eric may well have got out but so do lots of other people who don't write books about it. I mean, all power to him but can we talk about the here and now bots and what's going on in the UK? Please?

OMG. bangs head
