Hi all,

Forever Living have been in contact in multiple ways and have said they are considering legal action and indeed "contacting the police" about these threads so we thought best to have a careful look and remove posts that break our guidelines.

We'll keep you posted about any further developments. Do report any posts if you're concerned about them.

GreenGoblin0 · 29/01/2016 13:53

would be interested in knowing which threads are being edited and why. What exactly are we not "allowed" to say?

as far as I concerned if someone posts something on the Internet and chooses to make it public there is nothing to stop us talking about it and making simple statements of fact including where there appear to be contradictions in what people are saying

These "business owners" are quite happy to public about themselves but cannot stand any hint of negativity even when it is a simple statement of fact eg "this person rents their house they have not bought it"

Thank you for letting us know Rebecca, how interesting!

I don't think that sharing anything within the public domain is illegal? Neither is saving people from throwing away money and losing friends in the process. Threatening legal action just shows how much of an impact this must be having.

Are you sure the 'FLP' mob didn't say the Thought Police?

throwingpebbles · 29/01/2016 14:03

Thank you for the update Rebecca.

Everything on this thread is out there in the public domain already. This thread has been so helpful for raising awareness of the pitfalls of these, errrrr, schemes

sminkypink · 29/01/2016 14:12

Some people don't like the truth presented back to them eh? Tiny violin.

CheekySmile · 29/01/2016 14:18

Why on earth would they have contacted the police?

Actually I'm sure the police would be interested to know about one of their former officers using her 'edited backstory' to help draw others, including former colleagues, into this product-based pyramid scheme.

throwingpebbles · 29/01/2016 14:30

And I am sure various NHS trusts would be taking action if they found out how their employees were not only moonlighting selling products with no proven medical benefits but even worse were using their "medical" background to drum up business and give an air of legitimacy to the whole set up

DayToDayShit · 29/01/2016 14:30

Contacted the Police - ROFL

sminkypink · 29/01/2016 14:34

If I were 'the police' I'd be keeping them at arms length, for fear of being prospected!
or is it the 'other Police' ? Perhaps Sting is writing them an aloe song.

lazycoo · 29/01/2016 14:36

Typical bully boy tactics. Slow clap for FLHQ!

Eyespying · 29/01/2016 14:41

CheekySmile the 'FLP' mob apparently said they were only considering contactng the police.

Posing as the victim, is a classic cultic tactic.

I would like to know exactly who gave the instruction to contact MN and make this non-specific threat. I very much doubt whether the instruction originated in the UK.

This is not just an attempt to cast doubt in the minds of persons responsible for the MN Forum, but also in the minds of all the persons who have been fooled by the 'FLP' fairy story. We've all seen how there have been an increasing number of courageous 'FLP' victims telling the truth on these threads, but most victims remain fearful of speaking out.

Ultimately, whatever communication has been sent to MN by representatives of the 'FLP' mob, is an attempt to prevent victims of fraud from coming foward in Britain, and the communication should be seen as criminal act.

Fintan · 29/01/2016 14:42

Quite, lazycoo.

In some areas of this country you can't even get the police to come out if your house is burgled. Unbelievable.

SnootBoop · 29/01/2016 14:44

Massive LOLs at 'police'

lazycoo · 29/01/2016 14:45

It becomes more important than ever that we keep going. They are NOT the victims and must not be allowed to posture as such. And they should not be threatening MN.

Streisand effect much, FLHQ?

Second the HMRC idea. The issue of a certain Business owner working during labour and traveling 4 days after a C section is very disturbing. If she were directly employed it would be unlawful and discriminatory. the fact that they allow her to talk about this at a success day or whatever that was suggest they condone it and promote is as a positive work attitude. How can this be acceptable?

GreenGoblin0 · 29/01/2016 15:29

for a bit of light relief..
not sure this younique bot knows what purple rain is

Loving the good work being done to get the word out there about this awful company! Keep it up and remember to tell any potential 'prospects' to run for the hills if they are approached about this "business"

hamiltoes I've seen lots of those videos, someone told me that half the time it isn't even a permanent marker they're using on their faces, so easily removed by the wipes.

I'll see if I can find a hilarious video that was in retaliation to all those younique ones
