Sentencing question for cod or any other legal bods.......

A fifteen year old girl with a previous record of being arrested for various 'small' crimes including shoplifting and drunk & disorderly is caught on CCTV setting fire to a wheely bin full of rubbish and wheeling it up against the back door of a large high street store. The subsequent fire caused approx £250,000 of damage (also loss of takings in the week before Christmas as the shop could not re-open). Very luckily no-one was hurt as it was in the middle of the night.
Hypothetically what would happen to this girl?

Reading back on this the next day you feel like a twat
Blame your being pissed and my being up the duff and not at all pissed as a decent reason for a set to.
So who are/were you ? probably somebody I love LOL

TurkeyTrotter · 22/12/2006 14:48

How horrid mulledwino - me senses a little

buktus · 22/12/2006 14:54

shes a f@*@ing idiot whoever mulledwino is

MerryPiffmas · 22/12/2006 14:58

ht eonly person I know who swears that much is hunker me and WB

Philomena · 22/12/2006 15:29

to put the word "mind" at the end of a sentence is a particularly welsh thing to do...mind

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 18:28

Why ?? Who is ous of who??

TurkeyTrotter · 22/12/2006 20:43

you of cod

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 21:53

Ah. The thing is, Turkey, despite being self confessedly drunk last night, (and so much the happier for it ) I have to say I was neither "horrid" (as you describd me) nor did I say anything to equate with being a "f*cking idiot" as.. Buktus (? who is this person??).. described me. What I DID say, in response to evident "SHOCK" that cod may have left is that you can't actually leave Musmnet.. you just choose not to post.. there is no process of leaving involved.. unless you go about it by dramatically having MN Towers block you or whatever.. , which I seriously doubt Cod has done, do you?

MerryPiffmas swore most vehemently at me and so I swore back in a similar manner, although with tongue somewhat in cheek.. and she is right, it DOES read somewhat amusingly and 'twattishly' today.

So no.. no envy involved whatsover and no actual nastiness intended either. Merry Christmas!

buktus · 22/12/2006 22:12

you replied on a different thread after one of my posts with a very judgemental comment even though you dont know anything about it this is why i think this of you ad you have just proved the point, obviously you cant handle your drink and dont care what things you type in the process - i am beginning to give up on mumsnet

blueshoes · 22/12/2006 22:22

don't bother with wino, buktus. She is not worth the time.

buktus · 22/12/2006 22:25

is she new or is she under name change?

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 22:26

What are you talking about? My comment on the thread to which you refer was not in the LEAST judgemental and I don't think you are in any position to assume I know nothing about it. (You said youself you didn't even understand my comment so how can I be accused of 'judging' anyone??) Furthermore, am LOL-ing at your assumption that I can't handle my drink. Drunk I may have been but I was not horrible or hurtful to anyone! I have re-read each and every word I posted last night just to check! The only thing which happens to me when I have been drinking is that I am a little more forthright than usual and mince words a little less. Many people post that way ALL the time!

Don't give up Mumsnet on my account .. that would be a waste because I'm sure you can flounce over something more genuinely "offensive" if you try!

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 22:27

Thank you Blueshoes. And how exactly have I offended 'you' pray tell??

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 22:29

I think you must be confusing me with someone else

buktus · 22/12/2006 22:35

Ah, Butkus, the harbinger of all wisdom..

this was your post can you please explain what you mean and lay off the obnoxious behaviour please

TurkeyTrotter · 22/12/2006 22:36

i think you are certainly aggressive

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 22:47

Butkus, "harbinger of all wisdom" referred to your comment on the thread in question when you said "WTF, don't judge everybody!" (and you weren't talking to me!) about the possibility of intelligence being relevant to whether people start an affair or not (something which I didn't offer an opinion about either.) My comment to you was a little cheeky, but hardly anything to get your knickers in a knot about in the great scheme of things.

Turkey, when have I been aggressive? (If you are referring the exchange where MerryPiffmass and I 'pseudo swore' at each other, that's not really fair.. she swore first and we have since laughed about it.)

This is interesting; I have seen the 'pack mentality' happen to people on MN before although not to me. It gives credence to that old chestnut about 'newbies' being 'abused' somewhat. Not that I am a newbie at all (ha!) but because I am not recognised, I am being treated as one. Hmm.

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 22:49

And "obnoxious behaviour"??!, further hmm. Do you mean because I am psychoanalysing you somewhat? Sorry.. habit due to profession. Hardly obnoxious though.

MulledWino · 22/12/2006 22:52

Oh and YES MerryPiffmas, you do love me! Dearly!

Off to revert back to usual incarnation now.. (having experienced MN life on the "dark side" of the "clique mentality"! )

And to watch Jonathan Ross.

buktus · 22/12/2006 22:56

i wouldnt call that comment cheeky just damm rude, you come across with a very childish mentality and thats all im going to say, i have had a short break from mn, and when coming back on one of the first comments is off of you, which makes me feel like not bothering with this anymore, i like mn for the normal people of which you dont in my opinion fit into this category no matter what your profession or how many degrees you may have you obvioudsly think you are a cut above the rest

ShinyHappyStarOfBethlehem · 22/12/2006 23:02

Normal people on MN? [fmsile]

ShinyHappyStarOfBethlehem · 22/12/2006 23:03

...

hunkermunker · 22/12/2006 23:07

Have you all been fucking swearing?!

curiosity · 22/12/2006 23:09

This thread is hilarious.

Or is it just me?

SaggarClaus · 22/12/2006 23:12
