Got a letter from H's Solicitor.... he was half the profit on the house and a list of the assets.

He still hasn't paid me a penny.... CSA are officially USELESS! And he's not returned the car.

The AA membership and Insurance Direct Debits have been cancelled.

I've got an appointment with the Solicitor tomorrow.... I just want to curl up and go to sleep and to wake up when its all sorted out.

Feels like a losing battle. I pay for everything, I clothe him, buy a house, a car, pay all the bills whilst he ponced about on £11k...... and now he wants £25k and to see the kids for 5 hours on MOST Sundays (sometimes it won't be convenient for him)

Don't even have the energy to type an angry emoticon.

I was just about to say what Kathlean said! You can diassociate yourself from your ex dh. Get in touch with the top three credit houses and they will note it.

I will go an google who they are.

Only know this because my dh had his card cloned this week and the credit companies were very helpful.

Will post who they are asap.

Zookeeper why do you think people think this?

toothache, you can get a dictaphone and a wee connector (i got mine in maplins i think) that you plug into the phone socket so that if he phones you can just pop the dictaphone on and record what he says. there's no 'click' or anything so he wouldn't know.
don't know if you canuse them for anythign legally but it would be good to have a record of the calls if they are abusive. after you've hung up you just record yourself saying the date and time.
sounds like he's a towering arsehole, certainly.

toothy - so sorry about all this.

I'd check re recording calls with your solicitor - i have the feeling its illegal to record phone calls without permission and my gut feel is you need to play whiter than white.

Can you get a panic button? Or a big man-eating dog and teach it that idiot's scent??
