Cost of credit cards and mortgages .... the spreadsheets

A while ago I wrote a spreadsheet to help a client understand that if he bought a Bugaboo on his credit card he'd still be paying for it when the child started University

And then on a thread this evening, somebody asked about how to explain the risks of an interest only mortgage
so I wrote this

Enter your figures into the highlighted boxes and the sheets do the rest ....
I check them every few weeks and correct any glitches ...

Ok, I think I'm being a bit thick but on the budgeting spreadsheet, do I put my figures in the next available column? How do I get rid of other people's info (no offence )? Also, is it annual or monthly?

There's no allowance on there for Christmas spending, birthday presents - not sure if that should be on?

can you add in credit card payments and broadband/tv, tv licence?

debt repayment interset is in "unavoidable"
what you buy with the credit card goes in the appropriate area

broadband / TV - can go in with phone but yes, will adjust

that should be better

It's a great spreadsheet. Sadly I find it impossible to do a proper budget as I have a massively variable income. But having put the figures in I now know how much I need to earn each month. (And usually don't.)

Few people have entered their details but seem to have left half the columns empty? Can't believe some don't have any outgoings whatsoever !
